Ordered 3 large pizzas for door dash. The pizzas themselves were $85.00 then the $10.00 delivery fee. So almost $100 total.
Food arrives after about 1.5 hours - no problem.
The pizza was ice cold. The order was WRONG. None of the toppings were correct and the crust was so tough and chewy. This is by far the WORST pizza I have ever had and for a hefty price tag.
The owner screams and yells at his employees and the work atmosphere is awful. He has a bunch on inexperienced, immature teenagers running the place and the quality has gone completely downhill. I used to love this place for pizza. But after my last experience I will not be returning. I would not recommend this place anymore.

Called for carry-out and was told to pick up food at a certain time. When I arrived, they hadn't even started. Took about 20 minutes longer than they said it would. Food itself was mediocre, I ordered a Hawaiian and there was hardly any ham or pineapple on the pizza (which was very bland and lacked flavor).

Service was the worst I’ve ever experienced and the slowest service I’ve EVER HAD. Rude boss was yelling saying refunds weren’t a big deal and customer issues were not taken seriously when they would not process a refund til we made a scene and they would have left us with no money AND NO FOOD. 1.5 hour wait over some wings and damn French fries. Gtfo.

A little pricey but that may just be the college student in me talking? The cheese pizza is delicious!! Definitely has made it on my top pizza list and I plan on coming back here for the last two years I’m in town :D Ps I love the garlic undertones?

If you need to raise prices, I get it BUT also smaller portions! The Chef Salad was small. I use to get it all the time, this is ridiculous..It's 1/2 what it used to be and 50% of the lettuce is wilted and yellow. The cukes look like they've been frozen. When you order to go there should be plastic utensils...nope, guess I'll eat it with my hands! I have tried to like this place but I'm done with the high prices, small portions and poor quality. Won't be back!

There is no flavor I ordered a order for 8 people The person handing out the food was not checking to make sure the order was complete. She handed me 2 bags. I told her it was a big order and she still insisted order was complete. Walked to my car and checked. It was only 1/3 of my order. Had to go back in for them to make sure I get everything I paid for. Walked out with everything. Got back and was looking forward to a nice chicken sandwich. Chicken in a bun with salad thrown on top.. so disappointing. Everything was bland.
Sylva needs to bring Dallas back or it’s going to be closed down the owner is complete

Order the pizza to go while I was at work and had them whole to make it until I got off of work. It only takes a couple of minutes to get to it from work, so I was very pleased when I got there that it was already made. Definitely will come back for more pizzas, I have got to try their calzone or Stromboli.

We went here for our anniversary lunch on a Tuesday. They did a great job with our complicated order. The service was great and the food was great. The GF veggie pizza was great and impressed my wife, which very rarely happens. My daughter really liked her pizza; the crust was just right. I enjoyed the lasagna. The sauce was really good and well balanced. This is now our most favorite place for Italian food. Unfortunately we live six hours away, but we definitely plan to stop here again the next time we are in town.
Dietary restrictions: We really enjoyed the GF veggie pizza. They did a really great job with the crust, which we rarely find, and had plenty of veggie toppings.
