A true gem. Not only was the food top-notch (and we are foodies from NYC!) but we got a special cocktail and chat from the cocktail-master as well as some hiking advice from another staff member. All very lovely. Probably the best restaurant of the year for us!

The food was excellent (the meatballs are a must), the drinks were good (fresh fruit and ingredients in ours) and the staff were excellent (very polite and understanding). ILDA was highly recommended to us and we were not disappointed one bit. The atmosphere, craft cocktails, food, and service were exceptional. Our server, Josie, was fantastic. Those meatballs!! We will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful dining experience.

Reviewing our visit from this past September. Menu has since changed some. Had bruschetta to start, it was unique but in the best way. Different, but not so much that someone with a less advanced palette wouldn’t enjoy it. Super good! We both had pastas. Mine was this corn pasta (pictured). Never had anything like it before! We really enjoyed our meal. Finished with tiramisu. Yum.

There aren't enough stars to fairly rate Ilda. Food may be the best in Western North Carolina. Service is outstanding. Wine choices are superb. My only complaint is that I didn't have enough room to try everything on the menu. Four of us ate until we were fully satisfied and the final bill was surprisingly reasonable. Definitely on my "got to go back" list.
Have dined here multiple times and enjoyed a great meal each time. Drinks are made by very knowledgeable bartenders. Food is delightful and different. Lighting is nice.

My husband and I celebrated my birthday here two weeks ago when visiting. What I liked: 1. Atmosphere and staff are extremely nice. Our waitress was super sweet and was very attentive even though she was the only one working the patio that night. 6 2 top tables and one large party table. She kept her cool for sure!! 2. Vibe was vibing!! Lots of locals seem to frequent there as each time I looked up, I heard one ask how their kids were. 3. I can't believe I'm saying this but the bathroom was SUPER cute!! And the candle they had in there was to die for. So there was only one thing that I didn't love and it was my dish. I got the dish with lamb in it and it was not that good to me. My husband loved his meal. The meatballs are excellent though. So overall I give it three stars because of the food and there was not an extensive menu with more options.

Always an incredible experience. Chef/Owner Santiago is amazing and it's a must stop if you are in the area for great great Italian food. Great bar too!! The service is always outstanding. Also, Antwone makes the great Old Fashioned.
