Icecream was good, creamy. The girl working was excellent, it was in the evening she was working by herself. There were probably 15 people in there waiting to order. Some people tuned around and walked out when they saw the line. She worked as fast as humanely possibly to take care of all the patrons.
Just left from this place,I went in because my husband was craving ice cream.
The cashier was on her cell don't know if that's the reason she over charged.
I payed $18,71 for a small & medium cup.
To me is ridiculous.
Fabulous ice cream! The waffle cones are homemade...and sooooo good. The staff are fri ndlt, helpful, and talk to her everyone with respect.

Yelp says I've checked in here 35 times; I think I might have forgotten a couple times. And I'm from out-of-state! Waffle cones are the star here! Get your ice cream in a waffle cone and get 2 flavors in the small, medium, or large!

I saw this on Tiktok and gave it a try! This is honestly the best ice cream I’ve ever had. I got the cheesecake caramel cookie monster and it was amazing, thank you to the staff for being so patient and sweet while we ordered.

Ok... this is a rarity. If other ice-cream shops like at the beach ever caught on to the hot fresh waffle cones, they would put all the others out of business. Phenomenal. Plus, on the day i attended they were partnering with a community organization to help raise funds. Community matters. They are already an institution in Sylva. In my little review doesn't matter, but I just wanted to give them five stars for all they do.
