Overly priced Boba and their Unagi is all fat. Charlotte and Miami are like 4.99 , over here is around 6.99! Do they have gold flakes on their boba? Sushi is sub par. I ordered UNAGI ROLL, it’s an eel roll, they gave me mostly the belly of the eel. I can’t even concentrate on my meal. I understand if it’s the first roll but it was the whole thing that consist of the belly fat. Not a single meat of the unagi. I ended up throwing it away and they raised their sushi by $1.50. I’m not sure why in small town of Sylva sushi place that’s almost equivalent to Walmart or Publix sushi is expensive. I think they need to contemplate with their prices because the quality is not like Miami quality for the price they’re asking.
Servers are always nice and polite. It’s clean. And their manager or head server he seems nice.

worst service i have ever had at a restaurant. both waitresses we interacted with were incredibly rude. no eye contact. no hello. no thank you. no enjoy. they both barely said two words and just glared and rolled their eyes. an absolute disgrace and disappointment.

Delicious, hot, fresh. Had the catamount roll and broccoli teriyaki chicken everything was made to order and on my table in 10 minutes with a full dining room great place for a bite and reasonably priced.

Very nice dining room and the food was delicious as always. We are heading back this weekend. Ours in Waynesville is currently closed.
I was disappointed with the hibachi chicken dish. The rice was texture with no flavor. I noticed that the table next to me did not eat theirs and took leftovers without taking the rice. Also the carrots did not make any sense. They did not pair with my dish and did not look good with the stir fry next to me. The chicken was OK and the mushrooms with it were good. I also had the miso soup which I enjoyed. It had small tofu and pieces of seaweed which was wonderful. The table next to me had beautiful spring rolls and they said they were tasty. They looked fresh made so I am going back to try them. The atmosphere was bright, and welcoming and the staff did an excellent job making sure all folks were taken care of. Because of this I will definitely return and try something else :-)
Food tastes like rubber. Incredibly overpriced. They encourage you to pay 25% tip on pickup orders. Much better ways to throw away your money than spending it here

It was really fast service. The place was packed. You could tell the staff was a little frustrated but they werent taking it out on customers. I docked a star because their communication was a little off. The food was great!

Great spot. We had a long day moving our daughter in at western today. We visited Kobe and we're not disappointed. Our food was outstanding and the service was top notch. First time but will definitely be back everything we visit.
