I have driven by this place many times and today I decided to stop. I looked the menu over and asked what their best seller was. I was told it was the Cheesy Chicken. The marinaded chicken was placed over a bed of rice and topped with cheddar cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, crunchy noodles and onions. It was very good!
LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The food is always amazing! And man the value of food to the price is unbeatable!! Especially during these times we are in!! And the staff are always so friendly! They go out of their way to make whatever you want & make you feel welcomed while keeping it professional & nice!!

I can’t speak highly enough about Backstreet Takeout. The service is fantastic! The food taste just like the dishes from 25 years ago, when it was Bays Corner. Having to work the school day, I don’t get to partake in the deliciousness as much as I would like. I highly recommend the cheezy chicken and I love the red beans and rice. Multiple toppings can be added to enhance the dishes. Best take away place around!

I normally don't write reviews, but I feel I have to because the other reviews left me with too high expectations as to the food. So first, the staff were super friendly. The ambience is pleasant and bright. It's very cute. Also, the food is cheap. I can't eat cheese, so I had to get the marinated chicken instead of the recommended cheesy chicken. It tasted so strongly of salt and chicken stock that it was difficult to eat. In contrast the seasoned rice had no flavor at all. There also isn't really anything Asian about this at all.Overall a decent experience, but not for the food.
