I normally don't write reviews, but I feel I have to because the other reviews left me with too high expectations as to the food. So first, the staff were super friendly. The ambience is pleasant and bright. It's very cute. Also, the food is cheap. I can't eat cheese, so I had to get the marinated chicken instead of the recommended cheesy chicken. It tasted so strongly of salt and chicken stock that it was difficult to eat. In contrast the seasoned rice had no flavor at all. There also isn't really anything Asian about this at all.Overall a decent experience, but not for the food.

We LOVE Josh’s Backstreet Takeout! The food is amazing! Josh and Melissa have created a family atmosphere where they know your name and what you order! It is a bright spot in our day because of the great food and the friendly environment. We would be lost without our weekly lunch spot.Dietary restrictions: Make it however you want with options for vegan, vegetarian, and meat eater diets.
LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!! Always such delicious, fresh food! They are quick, and super sweet! I love the cheesy shrimp and chicken with everything! The chocolate chip cookies are a must!!!! Such a great local dive!
