We were group of 4 people and stopped here for dinner. They serve vegetarian dishes. Their vegetarian ramen was made with veggie broth and tasted good. We also had their vermicelli tofu salad, tofu udon noodles. All were good

Food was OK, definitely a fusion of Chinese, Vietnamese and Thai foods and not an authentic Vietnamese Restaurant.

Clean & nice looking restuarant. The food tasted good but the portions were somewhat small for the amount paid. I ordered a pho to go as I didn't know the meat would be raw, so by the time I got home the meat had soaked raw juices into the noodles and everything else and I had to cook it myself, I suppose this is due to ignorance on my part, but some sort of warning or heads up would have been greatly appreciated. Staff was friendly and seemed to be having a good time.

So delicious!! I had Udon noodles and family member had Pad Thai. Both were great. Server was great with suggestions! Tried Blueberry Milk Tea for the first time and loved it too!

The Pho here is a giant bowl of warmth and comfort. Like a big ole hug from your granny. Everything is fresh and the servings are ample. The smallest bowl of pho (pronounced fah) is a LOT.
If you like salty food, you’ll need to bring your salt, bc this food relies on natural herbs and spices, white onions, scallions/green onions, etc. (Salt is provided at each table, as well as pepper and hoisin sauce if you like things a lil sweet.) The flavors are so nice. Chicken, beef, veggies, shrimp, however you like, mix and match. There are plenty of noodles in the Pho and meat as well, but if you need extra, order some, don’t be shy.
The pork spring rolls with peanut sauce are delicious too.
Someone’s Vietnamese parents are back in the kitchen cooking and supervising the entire time. This place is legit. ??
I only wish there had been more ajinomoto in my Pho (but I know how strange Americans are when it comes to msg, yet they’ll scarf down an entire bag of msg filled Doritos without question). ??
My taro milk tea boba was delicious too. For those that don’t like the squishy tapioca balls, simply ask for no tapioca. The milk tea is so tasty and just the right amount of sweet. Definitely worth trying.
They offer other noodle dishes, appetizers, and fried rice as well.
Take a trip to the heart of Vietnamese cuisine in the heart of Sylva. It’s worth it.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp is located on the left of the entrance. The doors are a bit heavy and stiff. I had to yank to get them open.

Got the large bowl of pho with allllll the meat things and it was fantastic! Having lived in CA for a while I’m a pho snob and this passes my test; I’ll be back!

Deluxe beef Pho was right on point. Ask for nuok mam on the side to add to your pho, and as a dip for the summer rolls

Grilled chicken vermicelli bowl was delicious. All toppings were fresh and none were left out. The portions were generous. We also got the new boba milk teas, one coconut and one Thai tea. They were great but a bit pricey. One of my favorite places to eat here in Sylva.
