Was really excited to get to meatballs, had to run some important errands and rushed around to get there a half an hour before closing. Nothing on their website mentions they only sell slices that have been sitting there for who knows how long after 8:30.

That place is a gem! I absolutely loved their sauce, so much taste to it. This is the first time in a while I haven't been left with acid reflux after eating pizza. I will definitely go back the next time I am in Sylva, NC. We definitely need a place like this in Jacksonville, NC!

After reading the other reviews I was excited to try this pizza place. Yes, they have a wood burning oven and it smells great inside, but the pizza is all dough with little toppings. I ordered the meatball pie because the place is named ‘Meatballs” and there was less than one meat ball chopped up and spread across the entire pie.
If you like a lot of dough, then this place is for you.

Loved the pizza. We got a half Spring veggie lovers and half supreme on a Sicilian crust. It was so good with the white sauce! Will definitely go back when in Sylva.

Rectangle pie is very doughy, homemade style vibes, super heavy handed on the cheese and is $30. If that if your thing you may like it.

The sourdough circular pies looked better. Will give those a shot next time to Innovation.

Tried a slice of the 1983 veggie and the cowboy and it was amazing! Staff was very helpful and kind. Innovation brewing next door was a big plus.

The best pizza this side of Italy! Love the new cocktails on the menu as well.

Here’s the deal — the kitchen claims to serve until 8:30, but if you call at 8:28, don’t expect them to honor it. That’s not service — that’s clock-watching mediocrity. This was a letdown. If you’re going to play in the big leagues, act like it. Raise your standard or stop pretending you have one.

I absolutely love this place. I live in Colorado, but visit our daughter in the area regularly and every time I've been to town, I've gone at least once (but occasionally twice!). Whether it's a creative new pizza with pears and walnuts or an old, standard, it's legitimately the best pizza I've ever had. Perry is super friendly and his staff has always been awesome to deal with. Just visited again this weekend and had another meal that didn't disappoint. You guys are awesome!

Best meatball sub in the area. It's a very do it yourself place. The people are great. Beer was good. Music playing was great.

My daughter goes to WCU, she’s 8 hours away & homesick for Mommas cooking.
I ordered easily on their menu. I also called to ask if they could put everything separate.
Everything was EXCEPTIONAL! The customer service over the phone & my daughter’s interaction with staff both above average. I’m sorry I can’t remember the sweet girls name that answered the phone (The name ended in Annie I believe).
My daughter said she LOVED the vibe & everyone was super friendly.
The food did not disappoint, my daughter said she couldn’t help but eat an extra meatball. The bread was super fresh & DON’T skip the Mississippi Mud Pie.

The food is expensive but it's good. It was a nice little place but it would have been a lot nicer if I could have gotten a glass of water with ice and lemon slices or at the verry least, cold bottled water. Also, I would have so loved to have gotten more than one small chunk of pineapple on my slice of Hawaiian Cowboy pizza. I do love that the pizza is baked in a wood fired oven though. Even though it looks burned on the bottom, it's not. Tastes so good.

Best pizza in the area. All made from scratch, fresh ingredients. Delicious. Great service. Owner is very service oriented.

Gup “Gupyet” Yet

Hawaiian pizza had one tiny piece of pineapple on the whole pizza. Super disappointing and not very good.
