We had a horrible time here. My friend slipped on some tea on the floor and the owner was very rude to us. We will not be coming back, very disappointed. I'm not from the opposing kava bar, I don't know why you keep referring to that when a customer leaves a bad review. Visit at your own risk.

Looking forward to our next time in Western NC as we will have another cuppa at Sip' Sum. If you love tea this is a must place to visit.

The atmosphere of this place is amazing! This place has something for everyone to do while they hang out there! From a gaming room to a chill room you can play chess at to a garage out side where you can throw darts and play pool, on top of that the staff are some of the chillest and most down to earth people you will ever meet and always willing to help you find the tea that best suits you. Definitely suggest this place!
