I'm not a regular visitor to Starbucks. I needed a caffeine boost for the day and decided to give it a try. The mocha frappe with expresso seemed to have a lot of ice compared to frappes from other places. Other than that the experience was good.

Service was awful. The only person who treated anyone with respect in there was a TRAINING EMPLOYEE. There was a girl in there, I didn’t catch her name but she had black wavy hair. She was so rude and slamming drinks and raising her voice at customers and literally talking crap about people out loud. Absolutely awful experience and my drink (which she made) was barely even blended. She deserves to be fired!
