If I could give it 0 stars I would. One of the workers (also the manager) was incredibly rude. Learn how to treat your customers with respect if they are giving your company business!!!!!!!

These employees are so rude, and they do not care about it either. I ask if my order was working after 10 mins, while I saw orders the came in after me being made. The girl snapped at me and said “there’s only 3 of us so u have to wait!” She should be fired for talking to customers like that

Placed order and paid for it. Waited 20 minutes and people were coming in after me and getting their orders. I left with out my order. Service at this location SUCKS

The only positive experience about this visit was the no line in the drive through. When we go up to the window it asks if you want to tip( you have to click an option to continue paying no way around) if you are paying with credit/debit which I think is ridiculous. The worker also had an attitude when no tip was received.

abysmal management and training at this store. maybe that's why the staff turnover seems to be shorter than the amount of time it takes to get a brewed coffee. and don't ask any questions--they didn't care about you before, but now they hate you for wasting their time

Took my order great, very nice man. When I got up to pay he wasn't very cordial. Granted it was 6:30 in the morning but. Also, when he handed me my food he grabbed both bags full handed and the muffin when I pulled it out to eat it was very smashed.

After waiting for 5 minutes behind one car I parked and went inside to get my one cup of coffee but that's when it went downhill. I couldn't just pick up my coffee, I had to wait for a barista who didn't care how long I waited. And then I had to wait another minute for some guy to come out the back to give me my change. Now, could I get my coffee off the drive-thru window? Nope, I had to wait for another and they took their time. They seemed pretty amused when I asked if it would be faster for a refund, because they knew it sure as hell would take longer. I guess when reflecting on the incident it was actually pretty funny how 4 adult women could be so slow and incompetent. Was it as bad Jack Nicholson's experience in the restaurant in "5 Easy Pieces"? Well no, but it was every bit as funny.
