The only positive experience about this visit was the no line in the drive through. When we go up to the window it asks if you want to tip( you have to click an option to continue paying no way around) if you are paying with credit/debit which I think is ridiculous. The worker also had an attitude when no tip was received.

abysmal management and training at this store. maybe that's why the staff turnover seems to be shorter than the amount of time it takes to get a brewed coffee. and don't ask any questions--they didn't care about you before, but now they hate you for wasting their time

Took my order great, very nice man. When I got up to pay he wasn't very cordial. Granted it was 6:30 in the morning but. Also, when he handed me my food he grabbed both bags full handed and the muffin when I pulled it out to eat it was very smashed.

After waiting for 5 minutes behind one car I parked and went inside to get my one cup of coffee but that's when it went downhill. I couldn't just pick up my coffee, I had to wait for a barista who didn't care how long I waited. And then I had to wait another minute for some guy to come out the back to give me my change. Now, could I get my coffee off the drive-thru window? Nope, I had to wait for another and they took their time. They seemed pretty amused when I asked if it would be faster for a refund, because they knew it sure as hell would take longer. I guess when reflecting on the incident it was actually pretty funny how 4 adult women could be so slow and incompetent. Was it as bad Jack Nicholson's experience in the restaurant in "5 Easy Pieces"? Well no, but it was every bit as funny.

Update: When it is open, it’s great! The workers are great though, very nice, and very rarely gets my order wrong.
I’m just tired of the unpredictable lobby being closed so much, as well as the ordering ahead. I load my Starbucks app only to now have no access to the money back and I can’t get breakfast.
If I want to get coffee, it’s like I have to get there an hour before I have to be at work five minutes away to be able to adjust the lobby being closed and the drive thru line being stupid long because of it.
We aren’t small enough of a town anymore for this to be a problem.

Visit here often, unless the app is down or the store is closed for whatever reason, and yes this location is bad for turning off mobile order if they get backed up, which they tend to do frequently. But other than that, they know my order and they know what we look like, so if I order and someone else tries to get it they look at them funny and say your not shay
Vegetarian options: They have a clear menu you can see what's vegetarian
Rude rude rude... girl at drive thru with red hair chided me like a child for not stopping at the speaker. I told her I did and nobody said anything. "Well I was talking with a customer, you have to give me more time" ok how long do I sit at a speaker before I give up? Never again... I really do not appreciate being talked to like a petulant child.

All the baristas have been super nice and professional. Anytime my drink wasnt made correct or taste weird they have happily fixed it for me.
The coffee is over priced and their are to few food options but I doubt that is the staffs fault. The girl who was making the coffee this morning, deserved a raise. I could see her through the drive thru window, just getting it. I've never seen a fast food worker do there job that swiftly. In the two minutes I sat there she completed 3 drinks,I'm talking shaking, blending, adding etc. She was a beast.

I travel a lot and have spent time here now two summers in a row and this starbies is consistently slow. The slowest one I’ve ever encountered. They aren’t very busy when I’m here and dear Lord one baristo is texting on his phone and I don’t even know what the other one is doing. One guy is taking window orders and they have one girl making drinks (bless her heart she’s trying). All I know is it shouldn’t take 15 min to get one drink. I always order ahead and I still wait 10-20 min for my drink. The baristas/baristos are super nice, but need to maybe hire more people so it moves it along for the customers at a quicker pace. Please.
