Today I visited at 12:15pm. I was given 2 coupons at my work to pick up 4 sandwiches. Before I ordered, I asked if they would honor both coupons. Both the woman and the man said with straight faces āno, we canāt do thatā. I mentioned that I knew another Subway had honored this coupon. The man spoke up and said other stores are run differently. I understand their policy, BUT their demeanor and facial expressions were NOT friendly!!! Other than getting lunch for my coworkers, I will NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION! Canāt you out on a smile once in a while??? I left smiling and said as I left āIāll make a Google reviewā.

The lady didn't seem interested in being there, much less serving me a sandwich. She didn't pay attention as I told her toppings. I had to say things to "remind" her several times. Then, almost done & I say "onions & tomatoes". Before I knew it, there was a big globnof mayonnaise across my sandwich. I was already frustrated, so I just went w it. Lemme tell ya. Room temperature sandwich meat & warm mayonnaise are not a good mix.

Cleanest Subway youāll ever see - this fact alone is worth five stars. The ladies that work in there are friendly and attentive. Subs are always made correct and efficiently. Recommended 100%.
Never have I ever had such an awful experience. The older woman making my sub was dismissive and rude the entire interaction. She barely puts toppings on the subs. I basically ate bread with a sprinkle of veggies. A waste of time and money.

I stopped here today for coffee and some cookies. I bought the macadamia nut/ white chocolate ones. They were so good!0
I placed a mobile order to pick up on my way to work so I could pick it up fast and easily. They donāt have a mobile pickup area so I walked up to the older women standing at the register and asked if they had my order and she looked at me like my head was cut off. I told her my name and showed her proof of my order and she swore she didnāt see or have it. Then proceeded to walk away and not help me with an attitude. I then had to wait in line for the other worker to finish with the customers and she told me their receipt printer must have broke. Then another worker came in and the old lady was complaining about me openly to her. But she looked at the receipts the older woman was just holding in her hand and immediately found my order with my name that I had told her a million times. Was 15 minutes late to work.

The food was alright and the service was pretty decent but nothing could ever compare to Jersey Mikeās. They have the better subs compared to Subway and the vibe is immaculate in comparison to Subway. Just go to Jersey Mikeās instead.

I come often to this place and everytime I do I always get the same attitude. The guy making the sandwiches acts as if he was making me a favor by taking my order. I'm always nice to him even thoe he never is. He really needs to change his attitude if he is going to continue working in the customer service
