Great place to meet up with friends. This place shows you a lot of of the locals and features local brew good coffee selection and a great gluten-free, vegan moon bowl apple size delicious to eat. The sweet treats were a little too sweet from my liking they could use a little bit less sugar for sure. Maybe an option of alternate sugars would be nice as well..

Wow. Love everything about this place! Great atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff, and the food is amazing. It’s usually difficult to find healthy options when eating out. The moon bowl with greens, sprouts, chickpeas, sprouts, carrots, quinoa, pickled onions, avocado and lemon vinaigrette checked off every box. I will come here EVERY TIME I’m in the area. You should too!

Everytime I order a smoothie I have to wait for them to make all the drinks of the people in line BEHIND me before they get to mine. This has happened on more than one occasion. I tip a lot only to be met with bad service!!! Let this be a lesson in tipping prior to receiving service. A coworker who has stopped to get me a smoothie said they did the same thing to her. If you don't want to make smoothies take them off the menu but when I'm trying to get to work and I'm having to wait for the 8 people in line behind me to get all of their lattes before you decide you feel like making the smoothie, that's uncalled for.

Very cute and quaint cafe with fun seating and friendly staff. Knocking off a star since they only completed half of our order and I had to tell them after a very busy rush ended. They had no idea. If they set down your receipt on the bar with only part of your order, just be sure to ask if the rest of your order is in process.

We stopped by White Moon Cafe for breakfast and coffee without expecting much, but wow—it totally blew us away! Easily one of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had. The bagel and avocado toast were amazing, and the whole vibe—ambience, service, everything—was perfect. We’ll certainly return whenever we’re in or around Sylva.

The best gluten free baked goods I have ever had! We were visiting from out of town and will definitely make a trip back to enjoy again!

White Moon is incredible! I have lived in Cullowhee for 5 years and have been regularly coming here for about 2, and they have always been great. The staff is incredibly friendly and take pride in what they do. I have had nothing but positive experiences here. On the rare occasion something goes wrong the staff are very kind and make it right immediately. Consistently good drinks and food. I have also been to the Dark Moon bar a couple times and the drinks are good and atmosphere is great. My one gripe is that the music can be really loud sometimes during the day. But the drinks and food are great, would highly recommend if you want to support a local cafe or bar. Can't say enough how great the staff are and how welcome you feel! :)

We came in to get a coffee but ended up getting a full meal. The egg Sammy white moon style was absolutely delicious. We also got the tomato soup + grilled cheese. Also, their oatmeal cranberry white chocolate chip pistachio cookie was so good we had to order more!! Would highly recommend.
It's a typical care in terms of seating, so finding a spot for 4 was a little more challenging, but that wouldn't deter us.

Brass Monkey Smoothie with whey protein, (no honey) was pretty amazing. So thick, if I didnt know better I would have thought it had ice cream in it. This was a genuine treat with some really good protein sources.

The staff was not so nice and a bit dismissive, also made me feel like I was stupid or gross for wanting an extra shot of espresso in a coffee. I did have one of the best baked goods I’ve ever eaten though. Holy smokes!

Best coffee shop in western Carolina! Welcoming and sophisticated vibes plus great food and drinks. The owners are great people as well, definitely recommend.
