Tonight, my wife & I wanted to eat out so we chose Adam’s Seafood and Steaks in Tabor City, NC just across the border with South Carolina. We enjoyed a most pleasant dinner together. The waitress was friendly and gave attention to us during our meal. The vast menu options provided us with a variety of choices. The atmosphere was one of positivity and hope. Our meal was delicious and including the peach cobbler desert I took home our entire meal was under $30.00, a real value. I would recommend you visiting Adam’s and experience for yourself a delicious meal with a family atmosphere.

Good food

Me and some of my family went there tonight and it was amazing! Great place, wonderful food and the service was amazing!!

We went on a Saturday afternoon and had no problems being seated. The food was good. The service was good, but inconsistent. Our initial server was not very attentive and disappeared before we were through. However, another young lady was very helpful and friendly. Overall our experience was pleasant. We will be back.

Never tried this place. So I was looking forward to trying. I called in my order and when I got there, my food was sitting on the counter.(I don’t know how I feel about that) There was no service attendant at the counter. She was in the diner room on the phone, but came over. Gave me my food and drinks. Moving along…. Got home and was ready to eat my platter and it ….idk just blah. I was given NO sauce (being that my food was sitting on the counter..I thought it was fully ready to go out the door) The fish was dry and oysters was small/overly cooked. Only thing on my platter that I would brag about, was the sweet potato fries. I will not be coming back.

Great place to have sea food. Get the whole flounder dinner it's great.

Passing through on vacation. If you don’t stop and eat here, your head hurts.

We go camping down the road at Yogi Bear. We absolutely love this place! Food is amazing and so are the staff. I highly recommend this place!

Our Prime Timers Group (58 members) from Antioch Baptist Church, Old Whiteville Rd, Lumberton. NC 28358 had the pleasure of eating at Adam’s Seafood Thursday, May 29, 2025. The food was amazing. I got a seafood platter with shrimp, deviled crab, oysters, fish, baked potato and slaw. I don’t know which was better, oyster’s or shrimp. The oysters were fried perfect and so were the shrimp. In fact everything on my plate was fried perfectly. I could have made a meal off the hush puppies! This was our first time eating there and most definitely not the last.
