We went and got the worst excuse of chicken tenders ever and this place used to have amazing, fluffy HUGE tenders. The owners husband (or so he says) came out and was confrontational vs apologetic. Everyone else there was great, very friendly and they carry on with

Great food! Great people! Great family! This is truly a family who puts their heart into their restaurant, while providing great tasting food! The eating area is very neat, refreshed, clean and open - and the staff, whom is family - are a delight to talk to. We had the fried chicken dinner, collard greens and potato salad. The collard greens were amazing with a certain spice in them we couldn't name - but made them taste amazingly good - and the potato salad was even better! Truly enjoyed the visit, the sharing of stories and especially the food. We will definitely be back! A must stop - if you are near Tabor City!!
