Everything time I come to this restaurant they are always laughing and playing. Ask for extra tomato, of course they didn't put any and I know I was charged for it. Never have customer service because they don't have any manners are respect for nobody. They always hire high school kids that never have any customer service skills.

I went through the drive thru today at the Tarheel location for lunch. Ariana was working the window. She saved me a little money revising my ordering which was greatly appreciated. She had a great personality and put her customers first. I just want to make sure she is recognized for doing a great job and make sure she knows how much she is appreciated. Great job Ariana.. The manager name Tina got her dedicated employees working with out childcare so she . Made her work with the child there it's a lot of favoritism I'm willing to go to the BBB karma is you have to treat people fair on with God how you would wanna be treat I need the owner number
