If I could give one star I would. I just left this subway and it was a horrible experience. First off, a woman came in with a mobile order that was messed up. They put mayo all over the sub and it was supposed to be chicken bacon ranch. She said she ate a Lil bit then realized it was mayo and not ranch. The girls who were behind the counter looked at her like what do u want me to do about it? Basically, not wanting to remake it for her and she's like u ate some and said theyll make her 3/4 of a sandwich ?? Like come on the sandwich is chicken bacon ranch and yall put mayo on it??? That's crazy. She asked for a manager and she said there isn't one right now. As someone who worked as a manager in fast food, the way they handled it was totally wrong. Also, the lady who rang up my was confused on what era got even tho she made the subs like two mins prior, I had to help her get it right then as I walk away to make a drink she asks my boyfriend if I hit him? Trying to be all slick.... like who does that? My boyfriend doesn't even have marks or anything on him...I haven't a clue why she would ask something like that. I asked her what did you say? She said I asked if u hit him? I said why? That's so unprofessional.. she said .. it's subway.. I was astonished .. I just had to leave and left pretty pissed . Both those girls who are there right now really shouldn't be behind that counter.

I went on my way to work. Got a 6 inch chicken and bacon with American cheese on white bread. Nothing but that. The young man who rang me up told me my price and as I went to give him the money the girl who made my sandwich switched it. She told him he should ring it up the way she did, which cost me more. There was so little chicken it was hard to taste it over the amount of bread. I will happily not stop at this store again. Instead, I will wait another 45 minutes and get subway in whiteville

My husband and I went to this location to grab some dinner. Online and on their door, it states that they close at 10 pm every day of the week. We pulled up at 9:20 pm and their open sign was off and their doors were locked. There was no sign up on the door stating that they had to close early or anything. We tried calling their number that was posted on the door to let them know about the incident and it hung up within a second. If you’re going to close earlier than what everything states then you need to update your business hours. This is false advertising on their end.

Nice people working the counter, helpful and friendly. Got the sand which I ordered. They made it right there in front of my very eyes! For some reason there’s been a pile of cardboard over where you get the lids for drinks, I mean a giant pile so minus one star for that on atmosphere. The big pile of cardboard has been there for about two months soooo… you know, it’s time to let go.. it’s time
