Bread was stale and the vegetables were not fresh. I've been here several times and this was the first time that I threw half the sub away.

My husband and I went to this location to grab some dinner. Online and on their door, it states that they close at 10 pm every day of the week. We pulled up at 9:20 pm and their open sign was off and their doors were locked. There was no sign up on the door stating that they had to close early or anything. We tried calling their number that was posted on the door to let them know about the incident and it hung up within a second. If you’re going to close earlier than what everything states then you need to update your business hours. This is false advertising on their end.

Nice people working the counter, helpful and friendly. Got the sand which I ordered. They made it right there in front of my very eyes! For some reason there’s been a pile of cardboard over where you get the lids for drinks, I mean a giant pile so minus one star for that on atmosphere. The big pile of cardboard has been there for about two months soooo… you know, it’s time to let go.. it’s time

Horrible service. I ordered a footlong sandwich with extra toppings. The normal toppings were very scant/little. Evette (cashier) would put "2-4" extra items. I kept asking for extra because the toppings were so scant/little. I asked her was she paying for the toppings? She told me "no" and you are not either. I told her if I ask for extra, please put extra toppings even if I have to pay. I tried calling Emma (manager) several times and sent her a text regarding the service, no answer. She texted me back and stated "I've been informed about the situation, thank you". I asked her to call me so we could discuss. She never called. Now I see where the cashier inherited her unprofessional/rude behavior. FROM HER LEADER. I even call/text the owner Mr. Patel, no reply. DO NOT eat there. I will be moving my compliant up further. I have NEVER experienced such unpleasant service in my life. How are you all still in business? All of the toppings were dry. Terrible Subway/Horrible workers and leadership. I wish I could give a ZERO for all of the service. Rude/disrespectful behavior from the store manager and owner is disappointing. If I could rate a "0" I would.

Looked them up on Google to see what time they closed and it said 9pm. So I drove up there to get food and got there at exactly 834pm and they were closed. They're front door also said they close at 9pm. Again at exactly 834pm I knocked on the glass door right in front of them while they were cleaning a worker did a hand sign saying they close at 830pm. If you truly close at 830pm then I totally understand. But if so, why does Google as well as your front door say 9pm.

They got one lady that wears glasses and don't speak much english that is very rude. You can ask her for extra onions or green peppers and she grabs a handful and throw it on your sandwich. Then got the nerve to ask for tips. Just rude.

Store hours say open until 9pm. On different occasions they have closed early. Get worker's attention and they shrugged shoulders and point to sign that is off.

Softest bread we have ever had from Subway! Two of the three sandwiches we ordered came with Guacamole. We were not told they didn't have any until we came back for it. My husband would have picked a different sub if they had told us prior to making the sandwiches so that was disappointing :/ Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly.

I won't be eating here anymore I found a dead flie in my sandwich when I got home the owner was just as rude as he can be
