Today was the worst customer service I've ever experienced...I asked for my receipt and the white male employee got an attitude because I asked for one and slammed the drive thru window my face... Went inside and the manager name Elizabeth was rude too.. She never apologized or anything. I asked for a refund and the male employee called be a bitch... I will never spend another coin at PaPa Johns in Tarboro
I use to work here and I would still be there if I didn't mess up my vehicle.. if you're looking for a job..Papa John's is the place.. The work environment is great .They make you feel like family.. The food is so good,it makes you want to slap your mama..jk🤣.. To all the customers who ordered delivery please be patient.. sometimes the store is short staffed at drivers.. please tip you're delivery drivers..they really do try their best to get there on time.. shout out to all...read full review
this pizza is horrible. I used to work there. moldy string cheese for the stuffed crust. dairy based products such as alfredo and ranch sauces that sit out for hours and are used at reckless abandonment. meat toppings that are not only allowed but encouraged to get to room temperature. dirty and unsanitary knives and surfaces used for prep work of vegetables.
