The food was very disappointing. We ordered 4 entrees for our family with some pork rolls. The chicken fried rice and sides of fried rice we had with our entrees were inedible and had to be discarded. The chicken on a stick was very salty. The pork rolls and the Bangkok chicken were decent. We won't be going back.

Their pho was absolutely amazing. The second the flavor of the broth hits you, you will fall in love. They have the classic taste in their pho and have quality ingredients and execution.

I ordered two dishes, one being Chicken Bangkok, and one being chicken pad Thai. I also ordered 4 bubble teas. My total was $54.00!! Two meals not big enough to even share and 4 16 oz drinks costed 54.00
Absolutely a rip off! I know inflation is bad but come on…. I just moved to the area and I’m disappointed as this could have been a good option for my family if the prices weren’t so high. The food was tasted decent.
Honestly this place is a diamond hiding out here! The owner and family are super sweet and the food is amazing!❤️

The tapioca pearls looked like they have mold growing on them. This is the "Lychee Bubble Tea". The flavor is like heavy mango but I couldn't drink anymore after I saw some of them floating covered in white slime. We called and asked and were told they "make their tapioca in house and it sometimes gets that snotty look on it. It is the tapioca melting and is completely normal." I haven't been able to find anything that says it is a normal thing. So far I've found the following:
Overcooked or Under-soaked Pearls: Pearls that are overcooked can break down, causing them to float and develop a slimy texture. Properly cooked pearls should sink and remain chewy.
Starch Gelatinization: Tapioca pearls are made from starch, and if they sit in liquid for too long, the starch can gelatinize and create a film, making the pearls float and look unappealing.
Contamination: Pearls that were not stored properly can develop an off texture and appearance due to microbial growth or chemical reactions.
It would have been nice to be offered the money back for the tea, but there could be confusion I haven't been made aware of yet. If I hear back with peer reviewed research on it's preparation I would be happy try them out again so as to rate the entire meal fairly. I wasn't able to eat it because, honestly, I read the pearls can cause food poisoning and the chicken on my plate started side eyeing me.

The service was great. The food was delicious. Tender chicken, huge portions, crispy not soggy vegetables, we will be back!!!
Taylorsville's Hidden Gem!We got there during the early bird hours so got right in. Food was excellent with healthy proportions; We had to bring home what we couldn't eat. Also found out they cater so we will definitely keep them in mind for our big friends/family get-togethers. Ms. Mai came out and we all had a great chat after our meal. A really wholesome family & staff. If you haven't dropped in, I would seriously recommend it and feel good Supporting Local Business!
