Shout out to Sebastian at this location! I have a complicated mobile order and there was a slight mistake bc hey were humans, I called to let them know very politely and he offered a refund or remake, totally professional understanding kind and empathetic to the mistake! Handled perfectly and I will be back tomorrow with a smile on my face! Thank you Sebastian!

It was my first time ordering here today and I don’t think I’ll do it again. The personnel are very sweet but either way they took forever for just a Frappuccino. They took my order fast but then the person who was in front of me I’m sure had de the same problem, give him the order wrong. After all it was my turn to pay, I got my cake pop but my drink was wrong so, I waited almost 10 minutes because they was figuring out who was making my drink. Not mentioning, that they didn’t give me my change, which I don’t make a big deal because it was like couple cents and the cherry on top was that the drink was tasting nothing like a caramel Frappuccino, did not had flavor at all and I couldn’t stand it later on. Like i said they are very sweet and friendly but have to figure out how to mange their time and their customers.

Been to this location multiple times. They are always friendly. Orders always come out in a timely manner. Once in a while there may be a new person training and they may take a minute longer, but that is no big deal. Not everyone is so self-centered that they want everything right now with no wait.
