The food was cold and the chicken was hard. It was the worst i have had from McDonald's ever then they forgot my 2 pies which is less than $3 and i couldnt turn around but i called and told them and was told to mention it when i came next and i did and they refused to give them to me. Are you serious!? I showed them the receipt and everything but the Hispanic manager was rude and acted like i was lying about it. I just lost my son so instead of lashing out over something so small and stupid i drove away and my mom was even disappointed with the way i was treated and wanted me to do something about it. Well heres part 1 of me doing something. Lol i have way too much on my plate to worry about less than $3 but to be treated like that is ridiculous when i am already upset and going through so much.

I ordered a double cheeseburger ketchup only and a 10-piece nugget with barbecue sauce and sweet and sour my cheeseburger came with everything on it and I got no sauce for my nuggets when I got back to work you would think what they charge for fast food anymore they would get the order right

My fiancé ordered 2 mini Oreo McFlurries. After getting about 20% into mine, I put something in my mouth that was CHEWY. Almost the consistency of old bubble gum. Likely one of the single most vile things I’ve found in food.

Used drive thru and service was fast and polite service. Food was dry and bland.. quarter pound /cheese combo..reminds me of hospital food. French fries were chewy..I'm normally a McDonald's fan, but, this made my third visit and consistently..the combo was the same.

Service on the weekends is poor. Long waits, incorrect orders. I order table service and they wanted me to pick it up. I had to tell them table service - when the ticket states table service. They then tossed it onto a tray and brought it to the table with an attitude.

Being that this store is still new I understand the growing pains but the new night manager is a definite 0/10. Constantly being parked upon arriving to the point where you want me to put the car in front of me out of the way because you don’t want me to make your timer keep running. The unprofessionalism and snarky attitude is just ridiculous. The other night he tried yelling at me and friends because we pulled into a lane he thought he didn’t tell us to pull into and then berated the cashier for giving out the wrong order when we weren’t in a rush at all. As a manager he for sure needs some grounding and learning how to deal with fast food. Because Taco Bell, Hardee’s or the other stores local can pickup the business if he cannot handle such.

Last time I came here was rough, but this time was actually very good. New guy took our order and was patient with the two seniors I was working with. The lady who helped him I believe they said her name was Mitch? Absolute sweetheart! Gave us prompt and kind assistance when we got one of the cheeseburgers with mustard on it (one of us has an allergy). She took care of it and us in no time! Hats off to you!
