Brandy is back. She is the reason I keep coming because she has a great down to earth personality and oh yeah the only ce cream is good too. Come, sit and enjoy the atmosphere.

I love this place it smells AMAZING AND IS SO CLEAN today was my first time trying the Dubai strawberries 🍓 and it was Delicious i highly recommend this place the owner and her helper are good vibes and are very welcoming

The lady that runs this place is always super friendly! My and my grandkids love going here. They also have a lot of gluten free options which is fantastic!

The staff is super friendly and the sundaes are awesome... The Biscoff cookie and the pineapple cake ones are amaaaaazing. They have 3 full chests full of ice cream so lots of flavors.

Free pup cups, great owners, and a great selection of ice cream. Definitely miss the extreme chocolate, but I understand the supply and demand.

Love the new decor!!! What a fun place to stop in and share a sweet summer treat with friends or family! Chris is a hoot!

Bumped into this place. So glad I found a true ice cream shop! Had so many flavors! Smelled so good! Very very very I mean very clean for an ice cream shop! The guy working was wonderful and answered all my questions the customer service was on point. The old school music was a hit to that he had playing! All in all a great place to try out!

Opened minded business. The gentleman that was working was wonderful! Love the personality! Such a neat little ice cream shop love the decor and the music. The gentleman that was working had very rude customers also. He remained calm and professional about it. There was a hair in the ice cream that the people put in there which I saw. He did confront them in a very professional manner and went to clean the table and saw the chunk of hair on the table and asked them about it. The hair was not in the ice cream after they ate half the one scoop bowl they had they wanted something for free. That place is to clean! But hands down to the worker for being nice and calm I told him I would give him a google review.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had!!!!
Drove 30 minutes to try out this cute ice cream and coffee shop today and had the worst customer service experience. We found a hair in my daughter’s ice cream I notified the worker and he had a nasty attitude about it and was yelling saying that people try to do that all the time then Stated that I had to still pay for the ice cream which was absolutely fine even though my daughter only took 3 bites. Which once again was absolutely fine. He then accused me of putting it in her ice cream and stated that he could bring up the security footage. And I said that that was fine he can look at the footage and he didn’t do that. I still respectfully paid for the ice cream and went out to the car. Then he comes outside when we were about to leave yelling at us about accusing them saying that we made him mad. And I told him that it was not that serious that I have already paid for the ice cream that she didn’t even get to eat. I stated that I have management experience and currently work in food business and that all of that was uncalled for. He stated that there was hair on the table! And started cleaning the table. The place was so cute but the worker was beyond disrespectful!!!!! You should not have someone like that working in your establishment! He was disrespectful and aggressive for absolutely no reason at all especially if I was absolutely fine with still paying for the ice cream! I never once asked for free ice cream or a replacement! So I don’t understand why he blew up the way that he did. Never once did he even apologize for the inconvenience!

Was at the Archdale location the other day and was recommended to try the location here in Thomasville. I was pleasantly surprised by the energy this location has. The environment is very welcoming to all. The decor is fun and funky and the gentleman behind the counter was a delight to interact with. He had recommended me to try the biscoff shake and it was absolutely amazing. 10/10 and I definitely will be coming back! Will be trying the Kernersville location next.

B and E are so delightful. There are so many wonderful options and flavors! I plan to try them all.

Went for the first time and I love this place the ice cream is amazing I got a homemade waffle cone it was so good. Will definitely be going back soon the staff was very friendly I would go here and just hang out I love how they have things decorated.

Cute local icecream place to pop in for some decent icecream. Guy was friendly and nice. Wish they used something other than cashapp for tips though since I dont use it and I didnt have any cash on me. But next time I will 🩵
