It's always a problem with the lady at the window, and it seems like I always have to figure the issue out for her 🙄 I just want to pay for my food and go. 90% of the time, the food is great. The customer service is 50/50.

I order the same thing everytime I visit, Not sure how or why my order never ends up being right. Simple order of The bacon platter with hashbrowns and a side of gravy.Never have I ever got the hashbrowns.like what am I doing wrong.

Half of my order was missing ..when I told the lady at the window she told me to get back in my car and pull forward. I then got back in line and to get the rest of order . Once at the window I told them what I was missing. They told me to pull forward . I waited 15 more min for juice and an ultimate turkey English muffin no cheese. When I got home there was cheese on the sandwich. I order waffles that were hardand my ultimate breakfast plater only had one egg watery grits and cheese on my sandwich. THUS FOR 28.00 I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK EVER !!!!!!!
