17 minute wait for 2 identical drive through orders and a side of fries. No warning, no heads up, no letting the customer go. I was asked to pull forward and now I wish I hadn’t so they could t reset their customer timer at the window. Not a single ounce of explanation nor apology for the stupid amount of delay. Owner should be absolutely ashamed of the performance of this location and how long 8 chicken strips, and 3 orders of fries take to get to the customer.

I pulled into Bojangles here almost empty parking lot As a matter of fact I’m sitting here right now in the dining area and I’m the only customer in here. When I came in there was no one at the register. I waited a couple of minutes being ignored. Then a couple of other people came in behind me and finally someone working in the back saw us and came walking out looking disgusted at us that we were there. I was very courteous to the young lady, but she looked miserable to even be taking my order. Not friendly at all.
I ordered chicken Supremes with ranch dressing the four piece. When I get my food, she then tells me there’s no ranch. That would have been good to know before I ordered them since that specifically what I like with them. The when I was walking away she told the customer behind me. Sorry they were out of dark meat, chicken. So he didn’t get what he wanted either.
Them to the drink dispenser. Pepsi only comes out water. I go to the other one. Also Pepsi just comes out water. So far, not hitting on much in this location.
I sit down and look at my four piece chicken tenders. Three look OK but one apparently came from a baby chicken because it’s only half the size. Surely they saw that when I gave it to me. Now to the fries. I like the seasoning they put on it, but apparently the lid must’ve came off because it’s so covered. I can’t eat them. Last at least the dining area is dirty. I see napkins and stuff on the floor and overall not a good look. I would not recommend this location unless they start doing a lot better.

Order 2 side of rice and got 2 half order of rice that equals up to one side and they just crumble my biscuit in the box like they don't care about ppl food and was not busy at all

Ordered through Uber eats. Receipt on app and taped to bag was my order. I had gotten a Cajun fillet biscuit add cheese and borounds. I received cold old fries, no cheese, and the chicken was super fatty. Uber eats refused a refund. Will not be ordering again.

One of the worst dining experiences. I hadn't ever had. Rude enployee, incomplete order, loooong wait, and food I actually was given tasted mediocre at best. The biggest thing is the order I paid for, I didn't even get. $42 order. AVOID!

They ran out of chicken in the middle of lunch. Did not offer me anything to accommodate me for the three-piece dark meat that I ordered.
I do not recommend this bojangles. They are always out of food and employees act like they hate there job. They have a bad attitude.

This is the worst I mean the worst Bojangles I have ever seen in my life! I will never go here again! I even have free food in the books here and will not go get it! They gave me raw chicken after waiting 45 minutes for two Cajun filet biscuit combos! I got home and bit into my biscuit and the breading came off of the chicken and the chicken was like rubber and when I cut it it was completely pink on the inside! I have been to this Bojangles 2 or 3 times and every time I went there I have had nothing but problems! If I could give them less than one star I would! Do yourself a favor and take the extra time to drive to Lexington beside the little Walmart to that Bojangles! That is the best Bojangles around!

The worst customer service from a restaurant manager. I bought 8 pieces of chicken supreme tenders and I received two bbq sauce. I requested one more sauce and the manager insisted on charging me ,42 cents for one more sauce. I objected because two sauces are not enough for 8 pieces of chicken. I told him this was poor customer service and that I was going to give the restaurant a 1 Star Review. The manager said, "so you're threatening me?" My response, "No, it's not a threat, it's a promise!" I have received extensive customer servIce training with my job and I will not tolerate poor customer service. I am appalled by the actions of this so-called store manager!!!
