They were out of a lot of menu items, and the restaurant was very messy. The staff was very unorganized and not groomed very well. The lady that appeared to be the manager was very rude.

Lmao this place is a joke, everytime I go here they are out of biscuits, normally they will substitute the biscuit with either more chicken tenders or more fries with the supreme combo.. today the black lady running the drive thru at 4pm says biscuits don’t come with the meal they are complimentary 😂😂 I’ve never had a biscuit not come with the meal.. get better customer service

Man ts some ahh 🥀🥀 Ordered a 4 piece supreme combo cuz im big Gave me 6 pieces so that was the only good thing about the whole combo… Fries were stale and chicken tasted like it was microwaved. And the drive thru worker kept speaking in Spanish because my dad has an accent and she thought he was Hispanic 😭✌️ Iced tea tasted like sugar water and the whole thing just wasn’t great.. Don’t come here for late night cravings

This is the worst fast food restaurant in Thomasville… Everytime I go I am hopeful it will be better than the previous time. I only get 15mins on my break, so my options are usually slim and I’m limited to whichever place has the shortest line. I went through the drive thru this morning, we ordered at the speaker and got the total. We get to the window and the total was half as much as they said at the speaker. We order again at the window to ensure we get the right one this time. We pay, and wait for them to finish it. They still got the order completely wrong even after we ordered a second time. I ran out of time and had to head back to work without anything I ordered. This has happened more than once, at this point it feels like they just take my money and don’t care about the customers in the slightest. I’m done…. I will NOT be returning to this Bojangles no matter the circumstances. Get your stuff together Bojangles as this is beyond unacceptable!

This is the third time I have came here in two weeks and they have said it would be 20 minutes for chicken. Your ONLY job is to sell chicken. Your manager is obviously not doing a good job for this to happen numerous times. Whoever the owner is, please know this is costing you lots of money and business because I have seen over 30 cars pull out of here upset in the last 20 minutes while I have been sitting here waiting on my chicken. I left and went to KFC and they are shortstaffed and will not take orders at the drive-through so I came back 10 minutes later and they still said it was a 20 minute wait on chicken even though 10 minutes had passed since they said that the last time. It is honestly getting ridiculous to spend $100 on chicken and still not have it over 20 minutes later.
