Took them forever to answer at the drive thru. Got to window and sit there with cashier back facing us a while, when sge finally came to window she said total took our card then handed back and went back to her cell phone. Can't anyone do their job without messing with their freaking cell phone anyone! So frustrating 😫

This location ALWAYS gets the orders wrong along with just carelessly throwing it in the bag not even fully wrapped, no napkins, didn’t even give a receipt or offer one. When I asked for my receipt she acted as if I asked her for a golden ticket that she didn’t want to give with an attitude that no individual working with customer service should ever have. Seen them put not one but TWO sandwiches in a microwave to warm them up to serve. Nobody even acknowledges you & when they do they always have the WORST attitudes. If you don’t want to work & work the correct way then just simple find something else. I always wondered why they have different workers every time I come to this certain location. I will NOT be coming back & will be going to the one on national hwy from now on. Save yourself some time, money & having to deal with negative workers & do not come to this Burger King

New people working there almost every visit. Always trying to figure out the cash register, coupons, or even their own sale menu. Service is hit or miss, but I do think they are getting a little bit faster.

Skip this one.
I drove here wanting a whopper in particular. We ordered onion rings, and what I think was a chocolate shake. You would think for $27 it would be worth it.

Want worth the drive just stick to Cook Out you will be fine.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. Waited 15 minutes for someone to even take our order in drive through. We get to the window and was told that they had no clue how long it would take to get our food. Mind you, there was NOBODY ahead of us and the parking lot was EMPTY. All employees had an attitude right out of the gate.

Workers who don't want to work, floors sticky. Food either overcooked or left under a heat lamp too long. Not appetizing at all. Got a refund given to us begrudgingly, and left.
