Like the fact some do an some don't when ask for fresh. My main complaint was the lobby the floor when you walk it was so sticky an tables wasn't clean. Can do better with wrapping the sandwiches. Go to grab all stuff falls out paper. Great deals though.

Went to drive thru cashier screams and pretty sure I was called a fool before placing my order. Couldn't clearly make it out as her English was very poorly spoken. 8:30ish pm Sept 30

This places closes whenever the employees feel like it. Arrived at 11:45 and the employees were all still inside laughing it up even though their hours state they're open until midnight.

Rude and could care less about being nice or if your order is correct. Place was filthy, seemed like we were an interruption. If you truly hate your job why show up to ruin others day! I will not be back and I hope this location gets closed especially for sanitary reasons!

It wasn't a bad trip while waiting for my food or how nice they were to me. However, once I seen the burger maker wipe his sweaty head with gloves on, then didn't change the gloves out, and went back to making food.. Unfortunately I get why they have their sanitation rating. Made me sick to my stomach honestly.. Couldn't eat the food. Next time I go to another BK (when I want it). Just wanted to leave..
