Trash food. Trash service. This place has never been that great for years, but lately it's just worse and worse. The chicken fries are almost always extremely old tasting, hard, and when not old, barely cooked at all. Soft and mushy.
The burgers, rarely correct as ordered, and fairly poor quality.
The attitudes of the employees are abysmal. Nothing but frowns, barely any communication. Mainly shoving their hands out for a debit card and grunting.

This location is BY FAR the BEST Burger King I have experienced yet! I live in Lexington and we have multiple locations but I very rarely go because of past experiences...but THIS Burger King has me going at least once a a week on my way home from my Dr's appointments in High Point! The employees have been great, the food has been fresh and delicious...and they have revived my interest in eating Burger King again! To all of the staff...THANK YOU!
Ordered a triple whopper for 15 bucksand got home. Opened the wraper and it was mainly microwaved! The tomato burnt my lounge it was so hot. Never again!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Walked in stood there at least 10 minutes while five employees including what looked like the manager walked around having a conversation amongst themselves. No one greeted us or asked to take our order. There was one car in the drive thru and one other customer in the lobby. Absolutely ridiculous! Can't ask for too much for fast food but this is just unacceptable. Heading to food lion, I'll cook my own food!

I luv eating here the food could use a upgrade the burgers small u don't get yur money worth they run special but McDonald's 5.00 special is better Burger King been in my life forever different people working in the kitchen have no love for cooking makes the food taste nasty but I still love me sum Burger King they are friendly and has the best frosty ice cream better than Wendy's the combination of the whopper jr an they frosty is wonderful together I love lots of items from Burger King they have discounts and specials an food is OK good enough for me to eat & im very choicey

This is the worst restaurant and customer service in Thomasville NC THE GIRL TAKING MY ORDER ATTITUDE WAS SO NASTY I DIDN’T EVEN FEEL COMFORTABLE ORDERING MY FOOD I LEFT THE DRIVE THRU EXPEDITIOUSLY .. this place should be closed with them type attitudes… I’ll never go back
