Great neighborhood place. Good food. I had Chicken Fingers and hubby had the BLT. Crystal is wonderful, so be sure to ask for her. Don't forget to stop into the bar in the back ?

I read reviews before coming here and majority from the last 6 months were negative and stated how horrible the service was etc. I decided to at-least give it a shot. My boyfriend and I walked in and hostess was super rude right off the bat. Rolled her eyes walking us to the table. Asked us what we wanted to drink before we even sat down. Never asked how we were doing etc. I asked for a beer menu and she said I could walk around the other side to the bar and look. We got up and left without ordering a thing. Place wasn’t busy at 12pm on a Sunday if that tells you anything. Will not be back.

The store shows that it is supposed to be open until 10, but when My 3 friends and I walked in we were yelled at from the back of the restaurant "No, We're Closed!" The sign says open until 10, sorry for offering you around $100 worth of business. I'll be sure to remember that next time! Slack a** service and unfriendly staff!!!

Have not been here in ages. Their hamburgers are really good. Their fries have some sort of battered coating. Usually that doesn't work for me but these were good even when I got home with my order. I bet they are amazing at the table. Burger was solid as usual. I order medium rare just hoping for medium. This was perfect medium rare. Tons of TV'S and small bar in back with a decent beer list offering some local craft. Service always seems to be friendly and efficient.Parking: Big shopping center. Lots of parking. If pulling a small trailer or camper or even a bus you can probably find room.

Went on my lunch hour, waited on food for 50 min. 1 waitress. Some guy from the kitchen kept walking outside, not dressed like he should be cooking food. I tried not to think about that. Fryer was being cleaned during the day; therefore no fried foods could be ordered, like fries, wings, etc. and they were out of bacon. Food was good, but not good enough for me to return. Not sure how the place stays in business if service continues like it is.

Bad bad bad! Service terrible - they had the worst attitude towards ALL THE CUSTOMERS! Not sure if all the Coaches treat their customers like this - if they do shame on them! I will not return to a restaurant where the waitress calls me a liar about what I ordered! Never again coaches! Never again. Would give zero stars if I could.

We all had a taste for a specialty burger. We spent over $60.00. 2 Jalepeno Burgers,Bacon Cheddar Burger and Mushroom Swiss. Normally they are decent burgers. All 4 were burnt and dry. I got tomato on mine. I got the stem end.I'm sorry, but there were only 14 people in the restaurant at 7 pm. We ordered burgers medium. All were over well done. Chef needs instruction on how to cook a hamburger!!

Service was TERRIBLE! Her excuse was that she was short staffed but her attitude was definitely not it. We waited for over an hour for our meals and all we kept on getting told it would be five mins for just chicken tenders and fries. We noticed everyone got else would get refills but our table. We had to ask and keep asking, walking to the kitchen to ask what was the wait for our food. NEVER coming back again and will definitely let others know the horrible experience and service there was here. And to top it off, two of our orders were wrong and had to be made again, waiting even a longer time.

Came in Sunday. Not to busy. Had three waitresses and only 6 tables. We waited 10 minutes to get our drinks. We waited almost an hour and a half for our food. The food is great but the service is absolutely horrible. Not to mention the wait times.

Went in about 8:40 pm asked waitress what time they close. She said 9. Asked her if it was ok if we came in she said yes. There was ONE other table occupied. We (2 people) sat down. Asked her if they had a certain beer. Waitress walked off. Kept chatting with other table. Ten min go by - no drink order in yet. She kept talking to other table. We left. Coaches has left me disappointed last 3 times I've given them a chance. What a shame. Used to be a fun place to eat at.
