Don't get me wrong this is a good cook out area but it's the workers and how the food being prepared I used to work for the company so I should know but any who the food would be great if they actually let the employees clean the grill each starting shift I've never heard of a fast food restaurant who don't let the employees clean the grill (and yes all cook outs are like that they say you have to have a manager permission and the managers have to do it that doesn't make sense if they hired to do a job 🤔🤌anywho it should be no reason my food should be cooked on the same grill if it's not being cleaned properly come on you guys this is a health hazard I know you know about food born illness y'all cook beef chicken and hotdogs all on the same grill let's do better not to mention it's a lot of young people working in there everybody should be learning washing there hands and hair nets I go to this location all the time and never seen one person wash there hands no hair nets but they touching there hair and food

Ordered a big double burger and I got a patty ripped in half, they claimed to have no ranch or honey mustard and the drive thru took over 30 minutes to ride through.

My husband and I stopped by cookout on our way home and ordered 2 cookout trays..Not going to make this real long but I ordered a double burger..opened it up when I got home and wrapped up inside the wrapper with the burger was someone else's ticket order. Cookout in Thomasville has gotten to be a big disappointment.

The staff is usually friendly and the food is what you’d expect — classic Cook Out. That said, this location seems to get orders wrong more often than others, which is a little surprising given how close it is to the company offices. The drive-thru can also be a hassle, especially when the right lane gets packed — and if you’re by yourself, that’s really your only option. The walk-up window tends to be slow no matter what you order. Still decent for a late-night bite, but expect a few bumps in the experience.

So I’m currently 8 months pregnant and never had an issue with my food before but tonight as I was drinking my sweet tea I realized I sucked an unknown substance through the straw. Took me by such surprise I could not even finish my food I had to throw it away
