You never get what you ask for. Specifically asked for extra seasoned fries because and get fries literally UNSEASONED. They refuse to give you more than one ranch even when you order a chicken tender tray, like how am I supposed to eat dry chicken? ON TOP OF THAT, I ordered a tray woth seasoned fries and cheese bites as the side and got unseasoned fries and NO cheese bites. It's just pure laziness at this point. It's pathetic. One of the worse cook outs around.

We came through the drive thru and our food was incorrect so I went back and the manager Nick came to the window and made it right and was very polite and helpful.

I ordered an Oreo milkshake as I have many times before. I noticed a change at the Shallotte NC location first then most recently in Thomasville NC. The shake was noticeably lighter and the texture was way different not good. It seems like it had air whipped in it and the taste is not nearly as good. This has happened several times at the Shallotte location. I actually orderd that same shake while in Thomasville in the same week. The first one was like it had always been but the last one was very different. If this is because of a recipe or cost savings strategy it's a mistake in my opinion. I'd rather pay more for the old recipe.

If 0 stars were an option I’d do it. WHAT COOKOUT DOSENT OFFER COOKOUT SAUCE?!?! I asked for it like I do at any of the tons of other locations I’ve been to, and what I was given was a weird looking sauce in a cup and it was NOT what I asked for!!! I went to correct this error and asked again for cookout sauce and they gave me the same sauce(picture provided). I told them this was NOT cookout sauce and they acted like I had autism or something. I’ve been to a ton of cookouts and always get cookout sauce. They told me what they gave me was and I even showed them pictures but they said they didn’t know what that was. DO NOT COME HERE THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!

I like cookout a lot and the food is off the chain. But there employees need to learn to listen to what the customer is ordering . Cause they will leave something off or not hear all of what you ordered .
