I am FUMING. Poor absolutely poor customer service. Asked for a bread bowl and associate told us they did not sell those and we asked if they could make one as it has been done before. We were hung up on. We called back and asked to speak to the manager and the man that hung up was the manager and then refused to give us his name. Extremely extremely rude. Every time I order from this place there’s a problem. Order sat at the store for over 20 minutes so I called to cancel. Told him by the time I got it, it would be cold like it is almost every single time. One of their older delivery drivers almost hit my flying into the parking lot and then told me I was a liar even though I had it on camera. Staff is extremely rude! I would rather order with another business and wait then come here again
Worst customer service! Ordered pizza online at 7:56pm. Delivery was initially 42 to 52 minutes. After calling repeatedly over an hour later and unable to get in touch with them, like they were having phone issues, finally someone answered to say they had been out of pizza dough. She told my husband they had some now and that our pizzas were getting ready to go out. One hour later, my husband gets a notification on the app that the pizza is just coming out of the oven.
