One of the worst burgers I ever had period I left the post, saying, the food was wrong, but I had to get on and leave another one because the burger was dry and totally flavorless, almost tasted like the meat had been boiled.We'll never go back to this Hardee's location gave it too many chances

Fairly empty restaurant, maybe 3 tables of people, when we got there for lunch. Waited almost 15 minutes for our food. 3 workers doing little of anything to get orders out, including someone who was walking in and out of the restaurant and back into the area where the cash registers were. Completely disorganized.
My burger was barely cooked, almost seemed microwaved, and my fries were cold. Hot ham and cheese sandwiches were the only good point. Will not be back.
Counter person didn't say a word, never smiled. Food cold. Store hot and muggy. Grateful there is a Hardees still around just wish it was managed better

Did a mobile order for convenience at 10:13am. Said to be ready at 10:19am. Arrived in the drive thru line at 10:16am. Took 20 minutes to get to the order speaker. Pulled up to the window and they asked me to pull forward. Waited another 10 minutes and finally went inside and asked about my order. Front service members said it wasn’t ready. I asked to speak to a manager and the only thing she said was “What was your order?” I told her SEC biscuit, large hash rounds and large cherry coke. Suddenly my order was made. No apology. No effort to correct anything or compensate me for anything
