Did a mobile order for convenience at 10:13am. Said to be ready at 10:19am. Arrived in the drive thru line at 10:16am. Took 20 minutes to get to the order speaker. Pulled up to the window and they asked me to pull forward. Waited another 10 minutes and finally went inside and asked about my order. Front service members said it wasn’t ready. I asked to speak to a manager and the only thing she said was “What was your order?” I told her SEC biscuit, large hash rounds and large cherry coke. Suddenly my order was made. No apology. No effort to correct anything or compensate me for anything

We went to Hardee’s drive-thru this afternoon. I had to repeat myself twice before I got a total. There was a line, but that was okay, but when we get to the window, the guy asked which order was mine. I told him and then we sat there for maybe 10-15 minutes before he took our card and we got our food. Total wait time- 25 minutes. Food- poor quality.

Dining room is closed but door was unlocked, and employee was rude when I went in to order. How hard is it to treat people with kindness. I will not return to this location.
Spent the longest time in drive thru just to go inside and wait a long time in line just for them to tell me they can't give my money back the breakfast was grows my kids didn't even want it and they love Hardee's worst morning service ever and yall are rude

We used drive thru and didn’t wait more than 5 minutes. The speaker worked well and order was taken correctly. Sadly, my chicken strips were not good. They were dry. Like they’ve been out for a while. The fries were fresh and the staff were friendly.
