Jersey Mike's Subs

Stopped at this location tonight for two sandwiches.

Behind me in line was a younger man with a mental disability. While he was attempting to order, Owen (the server) was extremely kind and patient. As I checked out and tried to pay for the man’s order, Owen said to me “thank you for your offer sir, we will take care of him”.

I was truly impressed at the respect and kindness demonstrated by Owen. Clearly a young man that will accomplish much in life.

I ordered again tonight and again was not delivered one of the sandwiches that was ordered.. called and spoke with Manager William who admitted that he made my order and the sub was not there but said he had no one that could or would bring the sub.. I ordered delivery tonight and the sub sandwich was not in the bag. When I called the staff member did nothing but said he would have the manager issue a refund tomorrow. No concern at all.

If I could give zero stars I would!!!
My husband and I love Jersey Mikes. But ordered last night we placed an order to be delivered. I got a steak and cheese sub, the steak was really dark and so were the onions. Went to bite into the sub it tasted old and it was full of grease. One day later I have a mild case of food poisoning. My husband had a cold cut sub and is also feeling sick today. Be warned! But I will not be back!

Update: the person who wanted to reach out to me to make things right, did not follow through. I definitely will not be going back. I’ve been a long time customer and cannot believe how they have done. It’s disgusting and I should have reported them to the health department!

Phenomenal store, Christine and Gabbie always treat us like family! Compared to other JMs I’ve ate at this one is a 11/10

Fairly clean inside not a lot of places to sit tho. Kind of on the expensive side and not alot of options to put on your sandwich. No toaster so it's cold unless you order a Philly or something hot.

Prices are high but all locations are but the bread here is hard. Spend 50 bucks on SANDWICHES and the bread was falling apart like it was from last week. Asked the guy for fresher bread because we noticed when he was making it but just more crap bread. Prob gonna try the high point location next time. Pretty disappointed!

We were there about 4 pm just my husband and I in store with 2 employees. Screwed up a #8 reg sub big one ... Girl making sandwiche was a walking tattoo billboard including her face and a huge cow ring through her nose (scary) ! The other girl messed up toppings my husband wanted and smothe4ed mayo on bread, very messy experience! My sand was a club#13 I think, not roast beef club. Tattoo girl used white bread not the rosemary/cheesy one , very skimpy on meat ... The other girl used butt ends of tomato I asked her not to, she put onion I hate onion and smothered it with lettuce when we were cashing out I asked her you did put my Xtra bacon on çlub right? She said the club doesn't have bacon. I told her to read the board yesterday it does and I want double bacon please. She pulled out my sandwich unwrapped it and stuck 2 strips on each end stuffed the lettuce in best she could pushed in the tomato and rewrapped in the messy paper then pushed it in bag and said There you go!
I had I think 153 points so one of them should have been free, she wàs rude when I asked about 1 free using my points, she said, I suppose you want me to change it I said yes please I told you before you totalled it. Her response ... Okay okay and she made one free using my points.
I'm fairly new to NC but this Jersey Mike's is not customer friendly ... I have been a frequent customer for many years I am very disappointed in the staff at Randolph St location!

It's my first time coming here. I usually do subway but my mom wanted it. Order two subs but only got one. They guy looks at the girls like what???? The girls working are like there she ordered two subs then they all laugh about it and then take their time to make the other one while another customer comes in and they handle them first. Subway is the way to go for my never will go back.

This has been one of the best Jersey Mike’s I have ever been to by far. Not only was the restaurant extremely clean, but the food tasted fresh. I want to thank Scott, Matthew and Fisher for the great service!

Really good subs

I bought a Philly Wrap cheesesteak. I have always enjoyed my food there. However
, today the food was very greasy and had alot of mayo on it. The wrap was so greasy until it was sliding from out of my hand. Whoever made that wrap and cooked it did not do a very good job.

This is plastic from the pepperoni that was in the salad. Luckily our child was not eating it but it definitely caused my husband to choke. I called the store to speak with a manager. I was told to provide my contact information for a call back. It's very unfortunate that whomever made the salad was not cautious enough to remove plastic from the meat before serving to a customer.
