Jersey Mike's Subs

This has been one of the best Jersey Mike’s I have ever been to by far. Not only was the restaurant extremely clean, but the food tasted fresh. I want to thank Scott, Matthew and Fisher for the great service!

I bought a Philly Wrap cheesesteak. I have always enjoyed my food there. However
, today the food was very greasy and had alot of mayo on it. The wrap was so greasy until it was sliding from out of my hand. Whoever made that wrap and cooked it did not do a very good job.

This is plastic from the pepperoni that was in the salad. Luckily our child was not eating it but it definitely caused my husband to choke. I called the store to speak with a manager. I was told to provide my contact information for a call back. It's very unfortunate that whomever made the salad was not cautious enough to remove plastic from the meat before serving to a customer.

Placed online order, said to pock up in 15 minutes..wasn't even started on I waited another 5 minutes after I got there and said something for them to even start..

It's good 5 stars love mobile ordering ready when I get there.unless I'm home then I have it delivered. Yeah I eat alot of jersey mikes.lol

Great food, great service what more can you ask for. Opening staff in particular is very welcoming and friendly as well as actually doing their job with a smile on their face. One of my favorite fast food places in town though it can be a tad expensive depending on your order.

Ordered 2 wraps the other night and won’t be ordering or eating at the Thomasville location anytime soon. Jersey Mikes is always spot on but leave it to Thomasville to ruin a good thing. Ordered one wrap with extra meat and the other with extra mushrooms, the extra meat was smaller and the one with extra mushrooms was busted open and the wrap was pointless, not to mention both were dry with barely any cheese. Jersey Mikes needs to clean house and start over with this one…

Came ordered a tuna sub and he pit 1 table spoon on a huge tuna sandwich I asked for more he said ok gave me one more spoonful and and charged me 7 dollars and then cut my sandwich on half when I said don't cut it on half and he took a knife and cut it I said no don't cut it in half he did anyway and looked at me like he was stupid dont go to this place they dont listen and rip you off so i throwed my unfixed sandwich away waste of money stupid workers

We have been twice and each time bread is old and stale. The store is always dirty and the staff is not friendly. It’s not up to What you expect from a Jersey Mikes… management needs to step up and care!

Politely asked the woman slicing the items if she can wipe down the equipment first like I do at every other Jersey Mike’s. There is usually not a problem and are understanding. This woman preceded in silence after I asked to grab a dry old rag from under her and play wipe/dust it off. I let it go and didn’t say anything but I’m use to other locations getting a clean rag dipped in disinfectant. I should have trusted my instincts and left from there with my family, we ended up with a stomach virus within hours of eating our subs. Plus my bread was so stall, the top crumbled off like toast bread. Won’t be going back to this location ever, overall Jersey Mike’s is very good and I never had a problem before. We couldn’t eat anything after visiting this one bc our stomachs were in so much pain.

Oh yeah and DON’T ask for oil and vinegar, the guy poured so much on my partners sandwich with sass and attitude. We still were polite but very nasty customer service.

The store manger and staff was really rude after another store next door sent us over because their where broken and then he proceeded to follow us out and yell at us aggressively I had toddler that need to use the potty what was I suppose to do let my toddler piss outside their store he was really rude yelling at us outside the shop aggressively and disrespectful
