Jersey Mike's Subs

Hands down the best jersey Mike's I have ever been. Sub was a generous size and everything was fresh. Store was super clean and employees were really pleasant. Def will continue to keep coming back here. Thanks again. It was sat sept 13 at 820 pm. Give this team a raise.

This was, by far, the worst experience we've ever had at any Jersey Mike's. I placed my order from the app. When my wife went inside, they were still working on the order. No problem.

Issue 1: Nobody told my wife that the subs were finished, even though they knew she was waiting.

Issue 2: Whoever is working on the hot subs barely put any meat and other items on the sandwich. This is completely opposite from the front, which really did a good job with the cold subs

If I'm spending over $50 for 4 subs, I expect to not still be hungry after I eat. I pay a premium price for quality food and service. I received neither at this location. Poor service and poor quality for hot subs. I would not recommend going to this location.

My wife wanted a sub her first day home after giving birth. She ate about 5 bites of a sub when she found a dead fly pushed into the bread of her sub. I don’t know how you can’t notice you have flies being smashed into your bread before wrapping it.

My husband got a sub for me today. He asked for the #8 sub, no onions & add banana peppers & spicy brown mustard. The only thing on my sub was turkey, ham, brown mustard & banana peppers. They forgot the bacon, lettuce, tomato, oil, vinegar, mayo & seasonings.. this made the sandwich not enjoyable.

We areived at 835 and closing time was 9 and were informed that they werent doing any hot subs because they were short staffed i was really disappointed because i cane to this lication specifically for a cheese steak sub i still did order and the food was good but i believe if you are open the full nenu should ge available gonna think twice before i give them another chance

Stopped by from a trip back from the beach to grab a sub.
Ordered Italian with rosemary.
Bread is old and doesn't taste great.
For $20 I would expect more.
Just disappointed😟

Stopped at this location tonight for two sandwiches.

Behind me in line was a younger man with a mental disability. While he was attempting to order, Owen (the server) was extremely kind and patient. As I checked out and tried to pay for the man’s order, Owen said to me “thank you for your offer sir, we will take care of him”.

I was truly impressed at the respect and kindness demonstrated by Owen. Clearly a young man that will accomplish much in life.

I ordered again tonight and again was not delivered one of the sandwiches that was ordered.. called and spoke with Manager William who admitted that he made my order and the sub was not there but said he had no one that could or would bring the sub.. I ordered delivery tonight and the sub sandwich was not in the bag. When I called the staff member did nothing but said he would have the manager issue a refund tomorrow. No concern at all.

My husband and I love Jersey Mikes. But ordered last night we placed an order to be delivered. I got a steak and cheese sub, the steak was really dark and so were the onions. Went to bite into the sub it tasted old and it was full of grease. One day later I have a mild case of food poisoning. My husband had a cold cut sub and is also feeling sick today. Be warned! But I will not be back!

Update: the person who wanted to reach out to me to make things right, did not follow through. I definitely will not be going back. I’ve been a long time customer and cannot believe how they have done. It’s disgusting and I should have reported them to the health department!

Phenomenal store, Christine and Gabbie always treat us like family! Compared to other JMs I’ve ate at this one is a 11/10

Fairly clean inside not a lot of places to sit tho. Kind of on the expensive side and not alot of options to put on your sandwich. No toaster so it's cold unless you order a Philly or something hot.

Prices are high but all locations are but the bread here is hard. Spend 50 bucks on SANDWICHES and the bread was falling apart like it was from last week. Asked the guy for fresher bread because we noticed when he was making it but just more crap bread. Prob gonna try the high point location next time. Pretty disappointed!
