original price was 17.01, I was asked if I wanted to round up to 18.00 for ( I guess a charity) l replied no, & was charged 18.00 anyway. not the best way to keep customers

They were out of the bread I ordered online (not a big deal but I was never notified)
When I opened my buffalo sandwich it fell apart in my hands.
My chicken bacon ranch had barely anything in it. It was served to me like a hot dog rather than a sub.
I called when I opened my sandwich. The woman was very rude and saying uh huh as I was speaking. She said she would need to wait for her “big boss” tomorrow and would call me in the morning. No call so I called around 4 pm- before their dinner rush and after their lunch rush to not be rude. I got the same girl she was rude stating well we didn’t call you because my big boss didn’t come in. I was understanding and empathetic. She said she was texting them right now and I thanked her then she hung up. I never received a call back.
This was extremely disappointing as I LOVE Jersey mikes and this is the only near my home- but after this and my recent past orders at this location- I would rather drive an extra 10-15 minutes to one where the workers aren’t inconvenienced by your presence and provide good food. Putting this here hoping the “big boss” will see it and make this right.

Hands down the best jersey Mike's I have ever been. Sub was a generous size and everything was fresh. Store was super clean and employees were really pleasant. Def will continue to keep coming back here. Thanks again. It was sat sept 13 at 820 pm. Give this team a raise.

This was, by far, the worst experience we've ever had at any Jersey Mike's. I placed my order from the app. When my wife went inside, they were still working on the order. No problem.

Issue 1: Nobody told my wife that the subs were finished, even though they knew she was waiting.

Issue 2: Whoever is working on the hot subs barely put any meat and other items on the sandwich. This is completely opposite from the front, which really did a good job with the cold subs

If I'm spending over $50 for 4 subs, I expect to not still be hungry after I eat. I pay a premium price for quality food and service. I received neither at this location. Poor service and poor quality for hot subs. I would not recommend going to this location.

My wife wanted a sub her first day home after giving birth. She ate about 5 bites of a sub when she found a dead fly pushed into the bread of her sub. I don’t know how you can’t notice you have flies being smashed into your bread before wrapping it.

My husband got a sub for me today. He asked for the #8 sub, no onions & add banana peppers & spicy brown mustard. The only thing on my sub was turkey, ham, brown mustard & banana peppers. They forgot the bacon, lettuce, tomato, oil, vinegar, mayo & seasonings.. this made the sandwich not enjoyable.

We areived at 835 and closing time was 9 and were informed that they werent doing any hot subs because they were short staffed i was really disappointed because i cane to this lication specifically for a cheese steak sub i still did order and the food was good but i believe if you are open the full nenu should ge available gonna think twice before i give them another chance

Stopped by from a trip back from the beach to grab a sub.
Ordered Italian with rosemary.
Bread is old and doesn't taste great.
For $20 I would expect more.
Just disappointed😟
