Just went to this location and tried ordering 2 separate orders through the drive through. They told us we had to go inside if we had 2 separate orders. We went inside and tried ordering a 10 piece piece meal that they had advertised outside on the board. The lady had an attitude and started acting dumb. We told her they had it advertised. And we decided to leave and as we walked away she started to cuss at us and said we was acting childish. And still proceeded to cuss through the window as other customers was at the window. Will not ever order from this place ever again and if I could contact her supervisor and have her fired I would. Unprofessional.

Very disappointed in them I love going there but no I'm not going there anymore bc I went there with my grandma and then she gave them a coupon and they said its old like no it wasn't and they lied was very impatient and was like is that all ya getting today and rolled her eyes at us and was very rude .and food wasn't fresh it was cold and she mess up order and we gave her 50$ and order was 30 $ and then she only gave us 10$ back

The bowl was good and filling.

Service was very minimal! Not rude but not polite or welcoming.

The drink machine was dirty and the tray under the drink dispenser was quite dirty. I took a straw and scratched the white stuff you see in the picture. The dining area was clean otherwise.

My son and I went kfc ordered 12pc meal come with 3 sides I also ordered 2lg sides overtime I go up there I'm missing something!!! So I told my son let's check it they where 3 employees standing at counter where I check my order took out all my sides I should of had 6 but they was 5 I told the 3 employees I was miss a Mac cheese now this lady ask the girl that fixxed my bag and told her I was miss. Mac . Now at this point I had all sides out as soon as she hand to me and that girl said it in the bag she put it in bag now at thistle the lady come to counter and said she said it in bag both bags are flat all sides on counter. I told her unless it's in that bucket of chicken it ant here they fixxed me another but was rude about it I had to put all my sides in bag that was ripped why they stood in back talking my potato's fell out in the bag . I will not go to this location ever agine. And I'll do everything to keep people away from this place . The owner of this kfc should be disappointed. in the staff and food! They just don't care they just hanging out!!!!!!

Called in advance 2 days prior to need and ordered 20 piece with 10 biscuits and 5 sides. On day of need called and asked if I could pick up a little early. They said it would not be in the system until at least 3:30 when I said I would be coming. I went at 3:50 to pick up my order. They informed me that I did not have a order. When I became upset, they advised me that this was my fault not theirs, and the lady became extremely belligerent with me. This infuriated me as I had to take this order to a grieving family after the viewing. I had to replace my order they said and see if they had it. Against my better judgement this is what I had to do to fill the needs of the family but I had to wait for them to prepare the meals that I ordered. Which I really didn't have time to do. I will not be returning! From now on I will go to Bojangles and give them my $95.10.

Everytime I go I say I will not go back. I mean it this time. At lunch when everything should be fresh,the chicken looked and tasted like it had been cooked 2 or 3 times. The beast was so tough you couldn't chew it. The extra crispy chicken was so hard you couldn't bite in to it. As a manager, you should be fired for letting this food go out to your customers.
Shame on you as a business and shame on me for hoping you had changed from last time I ate there. You send the bad out the window? Years ago this was my go to place.

Went to the location for an interview. First off I arrived on time for the interview. That I was given after I finished my application. Once I went in to get interviewed the manager wasn’t present. I was told that she wasn’t in. So I wait for her to return. She came back after 2pm. While waiting I placed a small order. I wasn’t happy with it at all. So I continue to wait for her to at knowledge that I was there. That didn’t happen at all. Instead I had to go back to the counter to ask for her. Which she still didn’t come out to speak with me. Instead she sent word that they don’t do interviews on Sundays. So why is it that it was scheduled and no one reached out to inform me!! The professional thing would been to at least come out to speak with me. And to see if I we can reschedule for the right day. After all I drove 37 min to sit in and lobby to later hear that there wasn’t going to be an interview. Then
she made a statement that I scheduled the interview myself. Like really ma’am I’ve been in management since I was 17 years old. So I know that wasn’t the best way to handle that situation. Being that I had worked for the company in Atlanta Ga. Where I was a managing partner with my name on the door. And ran a buffet store I was very disappointed with how I was treated. Please and thank you.
