I ordered 2 chicken pies and had to wait 22 minutes for it and got home for us to eat and as I was eating, I was like where is any chicken. There was none at all. My husband checked his and his didn't either. I tried calling and no one would pick up. Please put chicken in your chicken pot pie. I added some corn to have more food since there was no chicken.

Placed a very simple order through uber eats. The chicken meals were both missing their sides and then was unable to contact the store to speak to someone about it. The national customer service was no help either. The receipt says your meal was packed and double checked for accuracy by blank. That sounds about right.

Pulled up at the drive thru, was told to come inside. Before coming in I witnessed one employee outside smoking weed. Waited at the counter for 10 minutes after the person in front of me left. 10 minutes after being ignored I left with intention of never coming back.

Asleep at the wheel? There’s a reason why there are hardly any decent reviews that are less than a year old . It has been a running joke with my girlfriend if they’ll actually have chicken some other issue… well that said they never disappoint because 4 out of the last 5 times we have ended up having to drive to High Point or Lexington. They either out of chicken or they tell you the drive thru is closed and you’ll have to come inside. I walked to the door to see a line of over a dozen people already frustrated or trying to return an order to get it corrected . It’s obvious the management and franchise owner must not care because there is no response on any of the horrible reviews that have been uploaded lately.

This KFC is closer to our home but we always end up having to drive to High Point because this location (Thomasville) is out of chicken! How can you be out of chicken? It’s a chicken restaurant! Now the last two times, the drive thru wasn’t open, although she told us that from a working drive thru speaker. Why have a drive thru if you don’t use it???? There has been only one lady that has been nice here. The rest have all been awful. Apparently no one likes to work here and are just plain lazy! Whoever owns this restaurant needs to make some better staffing decisions or close it down!!!! Very frustrating!

I’ve lived in Thomasville my whole life… and this is honestly the worst KFC I’ve ever been too and it used to be good… but the customer service lacks. The food is cold and just made lousy… idk who’s running it but I pray u get it straight honestly don’t know how this place is still open. Decided to give them once last try.. me and my mom went and she works hard… and was in a lot of pain, we get to the drive through and they tell us to come inside?! For what… so me and her decided to order through the mobile app and try it that way sense she was in a lot of pain. And for some reason they allow mobile orders at the drive through but u can’t order through it?! Make it make sense….we got the new chicken.. and it was lightly sauced and came with good old cold fries… that are nearly stale… do better KFC.

Waited in lobby 5 minutes b4 the person making food told the lady in the widow i was there. Stood there another 8 minutes with 0 contact from the crew whe the window lady gave me a nasty look over her shoulder. I left pissed and without food. Ill never go back to that KFC because of this one person in the window and I'll tell as many people as I can to avoid this nightmare of a restaurant. Rude ppl slow service, everything that makes fast food.

I usually don't take the time to write a review, unless a place straight up drops the ball. Why has corporate haven't done anything about this KFC? Literally the last 3 times I've came here in the last year and a half, its been terrible and rude service. This last time was the last straw. Pulled in the drive thru and was told to walk in side and not use the drive-thru. Why even have a drive-thru? I have a broken leg and it's a struggle getting in and out of the car. I usually just avoid this location and drive out to High Point if I want KFC. Never will I return to this location because they're a joke.

Welp...I gave KFC another shot. I already had low expectations going in, but at least thought I might actually get some food. Went at 1:30pm on a Saturday and the place was dead. One customer standing at the counter talking to a cashier and one employee sitting at a table eating. I washed my hands and when I came out the cashier headed to the back. Pretty obvious she was avoiding me. The other customer even told her there was a customer. She never acknowledged me while pretending to be busy in the back. I waited there for a little while and when it became clear she had no intention of helping me, I left. Not sure why KFC would keep a restaurant open if this is what folks are getting when they go there. I'm not even pissed off because I got the treatment I was expecting based on my last visit there a few years back.

I am not big on giving companies bad review but this is not the first time I have gotten a bad service. Third time, just never reviewed until now. I get it, it's late, everyone is tired, and probably had customers who were not nice. However, people don't have to share that energy back. I glad my kid gets their food but I didn't get mine... I also understand the speaker/mic may be messed up but being kinda... Unpleasant about it ain't called for. I get it all of this as I work in customer service and not the nicer said side of it sometimes, however, I try to be kind and civil with folks because I have no idea what they going thru. That said, I hope this was a one time thing and y'all get lots of great business.
