Tear it down ? worker washed off tables while we waited at restaurant front to be waited on stood there for 15 minutes for a pot pie very ugly attitudes and the manager Sarah I think was her name undoubtedly allows us to go on workers actually look at you while you stand there and huff and sigh like you just messed up their day coming in franchise owners need to do better with employees to serve them so sad

I ordered online and the app said my order was ready for pick up, I get there and the lady at the drive-thru said they ran out of chicken, the employees didn't even offer me any service an didn't even care, it was crazy...
I've been eating at KFC ever since I've been a little girl. I live in Thomasville. I usually go all the way to Lexington to eat at that KFC because they are very nice friendly staff. When running late I do not have time to run all the way to Lexington so I use a Thomasville location. The staff are very rude act like they do not even want to wait on you. This is very sad this is not the Colonel Sanders way. Maybe whoever is the regional manager might want to come in here as a customer and see how we get treated. Especially when you're standing up front and they huff when they have to take your order.They was a young lady ( Meaghan)cleaning the dining room that was friendly.
I thought the food was really good. Their fries ? were particularly good. The chicken strips were good, too…cooked perfectly. They were juicy and tasty. The staff were fast and accurate. I went through the drive thru but noticed available parking. It has been a long time since I'd been to a KFC but now I am sold on this Greensboro location.
I don’t know who is working today but they need a raise cause they have been so nice! My drink was flat so I came to get a new one and she was just so kind to me we need more people like her in the world!

The worst KFC I've ever been to, can't believe it's still open. Placed an online order, after showing that my order was ready for pickup, I went in to pick it up, then was told that some items were not available, they ran out. Was told that I had to go online and cancel the order. Was not able to cancel, because order was already run through and showing up as ready for pickup. This was my third time going here.. never again. First, time out of dark meat, second chicken was under cooked and pink.As I said can't believe this place is still open, shoot the city should at least shut it down..

1/26/2023--I ordered a bucket meal online with tenders, also the pickup time was for 3:30, but we got there about 5 minutes late. I sent my son in and after 5 minutes he texted that he hasn't seen any employees. I went in because I was concerned for the employees safety. We waited several minutes and a lady with a bad attitude finally came to the counter. She said they did not get it ready yet. Then very slowly she starts acting like she will get it all together. She gave us very dark chicken from under the heat lamps. It was so dry my mother had to pull some off and rehydrate it with chicken broth she warmed on the stove. I am not sure why she was so slow. Another lady came from the break or bathroom I assume and she worked quickly. There were no customers there except us, and I do not understand not having the food ready. I also do not understand this disconnect people today have...good manners and customer service go hand in hand. Too bad Necia was not here as she is always pleasant. Also the fries were cold and dry. The slaw had about a cup of water in it. The gravy was less than half full. Was it being saved for something?Normally they fill it up halfway. My kids said the food there is getting worse each time we go. This was the last straw.

Was so disappointed with recent purchase of pot pies. My wife and I have purchased several in the past, but the last two we purchased were significantly smaller with only a trace of chicken . KFC has tainted their reputation.
