The food is very delicious, the service is very good and I like the decorations. On Halloween they had their decorations and Halloween ended and they already have the Christmas decorations. very beautiful

We got the big chz pizza that is amazing also purchased 10 boneless plain chicken but only got 9 no complain just try to check from now on when your counting so nobody fussing with yall over all wonderful people who helped us last night and wonderful food keep up the awesome work.

On 10/13/2024 I placed my order at 7:43 pm and I was promised that I would get my food by 8:13 pm. Well it was almost 8:30 and we hadn't gotten our food yet so I called the store only to find out that they only had one driver that could take my cash but he had called in sick or something, the woman told me that she had tried to call me but she was getting a non-working number, she said that she was trying to get someone to pick the order up, so I asked her what number she was calling and she told me, I gave her the right number, (even though my correct number is on my online profile.) Then she said that I could pay by card, so I said I guess I can, but how long will it take to get the order delivered? She said probably 30 minutes, I said okay so you still have my order there? She said no, we had to throw that order out because of health regulations. She said, but we can make you a new one, and then I said nevermind!!! I hung up with her and then I realized if they only had one driver and he called in sick then how was I supposed to get my order if I had paid by card? Well Marco's you have failed my family again. So these coupons that y'all keep sending me in the mail, and telling me that y'all miss me because I haven't placed an order in awhile, well it's going to be that much longer now. I don't know what has happened with your management or your employees but I'm getting very fed up with this. This isn't the first order that y'all have screwed up in the past few months! So goodbye!

Ordered food at 5:20 was told it would be ready at 5:33. I arrived when it was supposed to be ready and was told it would be a few more minutes, no problem. After sitting for 10 minutes listening to loud, belligerent swearing from the girl working up front, she announced that she was going outside to smoke and left only one guy inside working by himself on several orders. I watched my order be put on the service tray and she sat outside smoking for another 15 minutes before coming back inside take a personal phone call and after she got off, I was given my food only after she had addressed her other coworkers about her telephone call. I ended up getting my food nearly half an hour after I was told it would be ready. When I did finally get my food, I didn’t bother to check it before I left, and my pizza was burnt to a crisp.

Stopped in here while I was training and going to school for truck driving. Only a 5 minute drive from the lodge I was set up at. It's been awhile since I've had Marco's Pizza and decided to place an order online and pick up at the store. Very quick service and the pizza was absolutely delicious. The area and the interior of the building was very subtle and clean and accommodating. Thanks for a great pizza and quick service for a great price. Keep keeping on!

Ordered a few different pizzas online with a coupon given to us by email, we waited the forty five minutes it said on the confirmation upon paying. We waited over an hour and called the Marcos that was supposed to be delivering the pizza. The manager finally got on the phone and said she could not find the order and that she would refund the money. I asked about her making the pizzas and sending them even if it was late, she insisted they were closed and weren't making pizzas anymore that night. I did get my refund but, the customer service here is unfathomable. Avoid at all costs.
Ordered a pepperoni pizza with cheesy bread & the pizza had hardly any sauce on it with very few pepperoni & the bread sticks were hard & no flavor at all. I was iffy about eating and or ordering from this place because of what I have heard, but I gave it a chance & I will not again

Another swing and miss from Marco’s Pizza on Randolph. The last two pizza orders have been way off. I ordered double pepperoni and double sauce. The pepperoni sure doesn’t look doubled to me, again, and there was barely any hint of sauce to be found. I’m done with Marco’s Pizza!

Ordered the Garlic Parmesan wings because I had heard good things about them. Not sure if they are normally supposed to come with Red pepper flakes mixed in the sauce as I have never had Garlic Parm before with them but there was so many Red pepper flakes in the sauce I could not even eat the wings they were so spicy. I also ordered the cheese bread and although it looked good I wish the taste would have matched the look of it. It literally tasted like I was eating plan white bread I would make a sandwich with. It had not taste or seasoning at all.

Did a curbside pick up here and had a great experience. The girl who brought our order out was nice and the food was really good at a decent price! We just did an extra cheese pizza with cheese bread and cinna bread & it didn’t disappoint
