I came to this McDonald's and tried to order the new Minecraft meal that just came out not too long ago. I was told that they sold out of the meals. After just leaving the drive-thru, I watched a group of teenagers walk out of the restaurant from inside that walked in while I was paying for my food, and they were all carrying one of the new meals. Don't go to this McDonald's they are a bunch of liar's.

Worst service ever. Was given a straw and told to pull to the side with 5 other vehicles I guess so they wouldn’t get dinged for taking so long. I was not even given my drink for what is currently my 22 minute wait. So. far!!! I have a broken foot which makes this 10 times worse because I can’t just get out and go in like I have to do EVERY other time I come. The drive thru looked empty. And it is… but there’s at least 4 of us still parked and waiting on the side! Not fast food for sure !

Okay the only reason I put 4 is because there was a girl and I'm not tryna be racist but she was black and black headed girl with a slick back and she was working here at 2:05 pm on Sunday date 3,9,25 and she charge us for stuff we didn't ask for took forever and didn't give us the thing that you put on the table and we order dine in and she was rude . And don't know what she doing but I put a 4 bc how nice I am and also bc the other workers are much better and Jhos is amazing worker even if he has something wrong with him he is amazing .

Absolutely love this place everything runs smoothly and I hate going in the drive through but this McDonald's is a breeze pull in an pull out in 10 minutes or less most days
They need to move it's very dangerous. But my dog loves The cheeseburgers.

2/14/25 7pm , Fantastic MacDonalds!, everyone is great especially Joshua! Sitting with my family eating dinner on a Friday night as typical. A driver of a McDonald's truck enters and I see him talking to everyone while they are eating and he eventually makes his way to us and asks if we parked on one side of the parking lot and stated that we needed to move cause he can't get his truck in ... No please, no thank you.... He just kept interrupting everyone in the whole restaurant while they were eating. There were at least 12 cars on that side then the drive thru lane. Please teach your drivers lessons in manners and how to drive. What a joke!

It's been a long time since I ate from McDonald's in Thomasville and now I remembered why. We had been at the hospital emergency room for 8 + hours and had not eaten all day. We stopped to get 2 Big Mac meals. When we got home the burgers were over cooked and thrown together. We picked them up to eat and everything slid apart and back into the box. It was a total mess.
