Papa Johns Pizza

This the second time in three weeks I ordered from this store the first time they refused to take a $50 bill which at no time did they mention they don't do that this time they canceled my order without calling me or emailing me when I asked about this the guy first lied to me saying they don't do that then he said he didn't know he said they came to the motel but that's a lie I'm facing the highway not 1 car came to my parking lot the manager on the phone was very combative with me in stead of being calm and patient he was raising his voice at me and giving me false information instead of just being honest and telling me he didn't know the answers to my questions. I will not be returning to this store ever again

Not sure if it was a Manager or what, but there was a very rude worker who had an attitude the whole time because I tried to bring my bike inside. Instead of just asking me to leave it outside. Very disrespectful.

Ordered a pizza thru door dash, the pizza comes with no sauce, no cheese and Alfredo sauce only. WHO EATS THAT? This is the 3rd time this has happened, and also the manager was VERY rude about the situation. Will not return and I hope this reaches others!
***UPDATE*** I was informed that she was not even the manager, she is the girlfriend of the manager of the store acting as manager.

Tried to order pizza from Papa John's, they took 50 dollars out of my checking account, they said transaction failed, which was BS, I watched the money come out of my account... I spoke to manager in Tville he yelled at me, called me a liar! Im done with this place!

Not mad at the rest of the food or the people but Papa John's itself. Who in their right mind made a papa bowl and not make it a pasta bowl? This is the stupidest thing I have ever seen who came up with this idea of a pizza but toppings only? This is such a rip off.

Ordeted pizzas for pick up. Worse pizzas I have ever received from here. Pizza was tasteless. Ingredients sparse, dough was just baaa. Won’t be back , especially at these prices

Clueless staff and the inside is dirty. Pizza was tough and dry, probably the worst I've had. Saw the manager get onto the counter with his shoes on to fix something. No regard for cleanliness. The difference between this Papa Johns and the Little Ceasers down the street is night and day. The Little Ceaser is spotless and staff are very nice and professional.

I made an order an hour ago so I decided to check in on my order. They said that it was scheduled for carry out even tho the women I spoke on the phone with clearly understood I said delivery bc she took down my address and everything. After calling to check in they said sorry for the confusion it will be another hour before we can make it. I decided to cancel to order after already waiting so long. Very unprofessional I would never order from them again.

Got order for delivery. One pizza was completely missing any toppings on at least one whole piece. Pizza was tough and barely able to be chewed. Definitely not what Papa Johns used to be. Probably will not order again. Might as well save some $ and go to Little Caesars if this has become the quality of their pizza. Not good.

Lacy the shift manager did not acknowledge there mess up with our order! They messed up are order, which was just a Shaq a roni pizza, didn’t want to accommodate us with a pizza for another time, cause we can’t go back and switch the messed up order due to a 2 week yr old newborn. When we told her that she didn’t have any care to fix the issue. The pizza was very terrible unlike the other dozen pizzas we have ordered from there,
