Clueless staff and the inside is dirty. Pizza was tough and dry, probably the worst I've had. Saw the manager get onto the counter with his shoes on to fix something. No regard for cleanliness. The difference between this Papa Johns and the Little Ceasers down the street is night and day. The Little Ceaser is spotless and staff are very nice and professional.

I made an order an hour ago so I decided to check in on my order. They said that it was scheduled for carry out even tho the women I spoke on the phone with clearly understood I said delivery bc she took down my address and everything. After calling to check in they said sorry for the confusion it will be another hour before we can make it. I decided to cancel to order after already waiting so long. Very unprofessional I would never order from them again.

Got order for delivery. One pizza was completely missing any toppings on at least one whole piece. Pizza was tough and barely able to be chewed. Definitely not what Papa Johns used to be. Probably will not order again. Might as well save some $ and go to Little Caesars if this has become the quality of their pizza. Not good.

Lacy the shift manager did not acknowledge there mess up with our order! They messed up are order, which was just a Shaq a roni pizza, didn’t want to accommodate us with a pizza for another time, cause we can’t go back and switch the messed up order due to a 2 week yr old newborn. When we told her that she didn’t have any care to fix the issue. The pizza was very terrible unlike the other dozen pizzas we have ordered from there,

Idk who is working at the TV Randolph St. location @415pm on a friday may 23, 2025 but yall SUCK! This is straight trash & I paid for it! Unbelievable & pissed! Idk why people dont give a damn anymore! Yall lucky to have a job!! I posted a photo of what they think garlic bread sticks are suppose to look like! SMH!!

Doughy , spent 40 for the order 5 dollar delivery fee and asking for a driver tip? Give the drivers the 5 dollar delivery fee and cook your pizza more thoroughly

Asked for pizza well done... It's doughy on the middle. Paremesan chicken bites are just mushy. Wouldn't order from here again.

Ordered pizza well done and it wasn’t even done. I had to put it in the oven. And to top it off, I used $6 of my Papa Dough. I called and the guy said “all our pizza is cooked the same amount of time.” So I asked why they have a well done option. He then said it goes back through a half a time. What?! I asked for corporate and this “manager” said “if you have a receipt the number for corporate should be on it cause I don’t have it.” Again, what?! Needless to sayI will never order here again and I am definitely making a corporate complaint.

Like seriously every papa John's takes forever. The order is never ready on time. Ever. No matter which location you go to. Just order a different pizza from a different restaurant.
