I have called 8 times to try to order pizza and no one can answer at all. They need to work on that instead waiting on the phone for over 26 minutes and then hang up.

Pizza crust was way undercooked on both of our pizzas! It's a shame to pay the expensive prices to order food from a restuarant and it's hardly fit to eat. It's ridiculous!

I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this Pizza Hut, one of their staff members gave themselves an unauthorized tip from my card. No one has contacted me yet, I wouldn’t waste my time, highly unprofessional.

I ordered a $7 pizza and a $7 Pepsi deal. I only got the pizza delivered. When we asked "Angela", our delivery driver, where our drinks were, she said we needed to call the store or get a refund from the app. I didn't put the order in through the app but on the Pizza Hut website so I didn't have the option to use the app. I called the Thomasville location, and waited on hold for what felt like forever, just to be told I will have a "store credit under my name" for the mistake. I asked for a receipt or email confirming that I have store credit under my name as they verbally promised, but they said they couldn't send a confirmation email or receipt. So I have no proof of store credit. I FEEL SCAMMED AND ROBBED. If I was to order again, the credit will not cover the extra tax and deliver fees too for another order.

Some may say, "That's just $7, what's the big deal," but either way, I was robbed. And I am mad I couldn't get what I paid for. Needless to say, I am disappointed with their poor customer service and poor delivery coordination.

My son ordered 3 items, I only got 2 of the 3. When I called to let them know my order was incomplete, I was put on hold for over 20 minutes before I hung up. I will never return to this store. Good customer service needs to be a requirement when working with the public. Money does not grow on trees. I will be making a visit to get my money back for my incomplete order.

Over $56.00 for two pizzas and neither one of them tasted good. One of them was ordered with beacon, which was hard to find on it.
