Gabby was my waitress. She was very attentive and very knowledgeable. The smash burger I had was favorable. The cook came out and checked on me. I have had the smash burger before and was not so juicy. This visit was a great lunch experience.

So today on a Sunday at 2:30 PM, January 4, 2026 manager chase ordered the bourbon chicken two for 26 broccoli cooked well done me and my sister ordered the same thing ordered an extra piece of chicken that they charge five dollars extra for when the food came out. The chicken was hot. I had a small portion a child’s portion of potatoes my broccoli was cold. I sent both plates back because both plates had cold broccoli they brought one plate back hot broccoli the other plate back cold broccoli so then I asked the waitress to touch the broccoli the face and the look that he gave me was terrible. It was cold. Call the manager over. He was calm, cool and collect. Took the potatoes off then this is my fourth time dealing with this place and how they serve their food on the way out, I’m standing there and my sister‘s gonna pay for the food. The same waitress that came out table was also sitting down. Didn’t know that we was ready to go didn’t come to the table. Didn’t ask if we needed anything then he’s coughing and sneezing over the food over where he’s walking about to fix my sister a drink to go out the door. He wipes his nose after he sneeze and proceeds to touch the cup until I said that it’s very nasty as a waitress. He then goes and proceeds to wash his hands. This is my fourth time. I don’t think nobody should be eating at this place. The managers are whack the trainees I’ve been trained, right they lazy they don’t know how to waitress the food is horrible now and the only thing as good as the chicken they serve you like you are one year-old child sad the manager case chase he needs to be fired. The ad on side of mashed potatoes was bigger on the side and on the plate so all he did was take off the potatoes so from the other three bad experiences I had to this one I would never come back. Shoney’s is starred as a zero in my book the cook that was on the clock today needs to be fired and if y’all in this company can say what y’all say about portions y’all need to do much better because nobody $20 plate with a child’s portion of potatoes and the broccoli is cold let alone you got children’s cups that you are charging almost 3 dollars for you ain’t even got a large or medium cup and still charging the person for a full cup that you are not even serving so I give y’all a zero chase and the cook and the boys that was on Clock today all of them need to be fine cause they’re lazy and the place is nasty. The chair wasn’t even clean. The house was the only one that was working. The manager chased didn’t seem to care at all. He was very smart about it. Yes, I did call them names because all of my sorry and lazy I will not be returning back. And no, there are no pictures because I was pissed off but this is my fourth time at Ruby Tuesdays and I would never go back. Never advised anybody to go back. You need to shut it down.

I first want to say that our server, Jessica, was AMAZING. She was overwhelmed as it was her 2nd day and she was slammed. My issue was not with her, but the bartender Chase. It took us 10 minutes to get 2 bottled beers. There were dirty dishes and empty beer cans on the bar beside our table, which were still there when we left. When we ordered the second round, it took longer because the bartender was more interested in getting to go orders completed. If you're in charge of the bar, that's what you need to be focused on. The third round couldn't be completed because he ran out of beer and only refilled it with a six pack. REALLY lol. We won't be going back for a good while as it was not an enjoyable visit, Jessica excluded.

This place is a complete joke. It's clear why no one ever goes there. I spent $60 on food, only to arrive home and find almost nothing in the boxes. It tasted like it had been sitting out for ages. Not to mention, they left out items that were supposed to go with the meals! I guess that boils down to lazy, incompetent staff. I will never eat from here again. Even our 6- and 1-year-olds thought it was trash.

Absolutely not worth the money my husband purchased the cheddar queso for me and was supposed to be unlimited but got charged twice for it definitely will not be going back on top of that they got my husbands food wrong the first time right after they had just taken by our orders

Absolutely wonderful customer service I had Tyler as my server he was incredible.was very fast paced and kept the atmosphere light and funny . Also wanted to shoutout the manger Chase and the owner for helping my now fiancé propose to me!!! They all really went above and beyond to make such a special moment for me happen. I would 10/10 highly recommend there 5 cheese Philly cheese steaks was very delicious.

Our server was Tyler. He was kind and very attentive to our group. Food was served in a timely manner. I got the deconstructed kabobs with beef. The veggies were amazing, the beef a little chewey. Overall our table enjoyed the food and the service. Would highly recommend.

We decided to use the coupons for ruby tuesday that come in the mail. When we went in lobby we were seated rather quickly as the place was nearly empty on this monday night. The Host was awesome and took our drink order as we were being seated.. The wait staff on the other hand, was just the opposite. They were out of Ribs so we got burgers and chicken sandwiches instead.. We never saw the waiter again until the food come out. Hmmm. The bacon cheeseburger had one half of a piece of bacon on it. one pickle. a tommy toe tomato sized tomato slice on it. 14 french fries as a side. The chicken sandwich was extra crispy, as in over cooked crispy. The waiter didn't ask if we needed any refills or anything. This has to be the worst place in Thomasville.. The owner must be proud> I am sure his/her staff are being told how to prepare the food.
