Me and my family had stopped going to Ruby Tuesday’s a few years ago because it had went downhill. We gave it a trial last night and it was Such a great experience. Jamari was our waiter and he was so personable And kind to us while giving us great service. He is a real asset to that team. The salad bar was fully stocked with all sorts of different things and as an add-on for only 5.99 you really can’t beat. Completely great experience and this will probably be our new dinner spot again

Not a good experience. Passing thru area and decided to stop because there are no Ruby Tuesdays near our home. Husband enjoyed his catfish but my steak was way overdone and impossible to eat. I like it medium rare and it came out very well done. They didn't even offer to take it off bill or cook me a new one. When we went to pay, their card reader wasn't charged so they made us sit for an extra 20 minutes so it could charge up. If we are ever in the area again, we will not stop here.

We walked into a fairly empty restaurant and was told it was a 15 minute wait. We were told to have a seat in there waiting area. No one ever came back over to us. As we were leaving two people came in and were seated immediately!
