I’ve been to Sonic multiple times and have had a variety of experiences, but today was by far the best. Stephen made sure we got fresh, hot food and truly went above and beyond with his service. I never thought I’d be writing a review for Sonic, but here I am. Great experience all around.

Order placed with Uber delivery! My heart was set on a strawberry milkshake which I never received and the sweet tea I did not receive. Our food was just left on the porch when they were suppose to meet me at the door, so of course we got cold food. I have tried and tried to call Sonic and you just get a busy signal. Also on the web you were to buy one single get second free and that didn't happen either. I really want my strawberry shake.

Went to the drive thru and got a foot long coney, some tots, and chili frito burrito. Bruce was the friendliest person I have encountered in a drive thru in a very long time. Spoke politely, friendly, and very patient with us. We are definitely coming back solely because of Bruce.

My only complaint is the new iced coffees, even if you get a large which is huge, you get maybe 4 oz of liquid and 5 cups of ice in the cup. I didn't pay $4 and some change for ice! You're wanting to beat Starbucks $7 but at least Starbucks doesn't fill the whole cup with ice it's ridiculous.
Paid for a cheeseburger with Bacon , no tomato , no onion and got a cheeseburger with a tomato with onion and no bacon. Tried to call the restaurant and their line just rings busy. Also I did not receive or receipt so I have no idea what I was charged. Not happy

This is the second time we’ve been to this Sonic location. The first time, we were told the machine wasn’t working (after having to talk to two different staff members). The second time was tonight, someone answered at first, but after we placed our order and waited a few minutes, no one said anything. We pressed the button again, and the same person told us they were closed… at 9 PM?! Never coming back!

One day it was so busy and one employee was very busy. He was doing the drive thru and the outside orders. He came to my vehicle and took our order. We had to wait a bit, but that was no issue for us. He brought the food out to us and was so very kind. He had apologized and made sure we had everything we needed. The food and service was very good.
