This the absolute worst service I’ve ever had at a sonic. They got my order wrong when I asked them to fix it they used the same burger and added to it. Do not eat here ever

I am on the road traveling and stopped for a quick bite. I ordered a hot dog and fries and because the soft drink machine wasn't working, I got iced tea, and left after receiving my order. The hot dog was cold, the fries were greasy and overcooked, and the iced tea was the weakest I've ever had. Needless to say, most of it went into the garbage.

This is the second time in a month that I have tried ordering a cream slush. The first time I was advised the machine wasn’t working. Today I ordered a strawberry cream slush and was advised they were out of strawberries until tomorrow (it was only 10:30 in the morning and Walmart/Aldi are right up the road) so I ordered a mango cream slush instead and was then advised they are out of ice cream. Extremely disappointing will not return to this location.

Please hire people who speak clearly at the drive thru. Cannot understand them, they slur their words and talk way too fast. Maybe drug test employees.
Came to our Thomasville Sonic for the first time in many years. We pulled into order slot #8 and ordered a double smasher combo. After repeating and clarifying it four times I was told the amount, $10.80, and then told to come around to the window to pay. Didn’t make sense but then it had been 5 plus years and I thought maybe they changed the process. So I back up and drive around as told. I was second in line a girl came out and asked if I had ordered the double smasher combo. I said yes. Then I was next to the window. The girl at the window offered some fruit drink and I told her what I ordered from slot #8 and was told to come here. She snarly said, “we don’t have anything for you. I waited just a few while she wondered around inside, then I left. Do you think it will be 5 years more before I go back? No, never again. Come on Thomasville, most of the service people here are awful. Do better or shut down.
