ordered a pickup through uber eats and when i got there i showed them i ordered and they went to look for it and said that they didnt have the ticket and then after showing them what i had they said give us a min and waited about 10 or so mins before they came back out to ask what i ordered and made it. overall disappointed with the experience.

Visited 1/15/25 for lunch and waited well over 30 minutes for three corn dogs and a small order of fries. Food was not very hot when I finally got it. No heat in the dining area.

The Sonic in Thomasville NC deserves some recognition. I have been going to this Sonic for yrs and 9 out of 10 times I left unsatisfied and wondering why I wasted my time and money there, lazy managers and disrespectful crew members unclean environment you couldnt have paid me to sit inside and eat although this location has an inside dining area that is very nice it was very dirty never clean tables sticky floors just a mess. I stopped coming for a long time and did not hide my opinion to any one that mentioned eating there it didn't matter what was on sale I declined, my granddaughter just had to have some 3D glasses and some kind of solar slushie so I gave in and took her we decided to walk into the dining room to order mainly to see them prepare our order unfortunately I had had too many prior incidents with this Sonic and it never paid to say anything to the manager who ofc was always in the back I'm sure at a desk I just wanted to watch to make sure they were not nasty with our order, I was in awe I couldn't believe it was the same fast-food restaurant I had grown to despise, it was a very pleasant welcoming vibe, employees smiling and greeting, regardless how busy they were, tables clean and surprisingly the whole store seemed cleaner and just more taken care of we didn't just grab our food and run we sat at one of the tall tables and enjoyed being there, I hate to admit I eat there more than I do at home, sometimes the wait exceeds my expectations but when it is my food is made to order and I'm satisfied maybe not with the prices, but the quality of my food is what I expect. Whoever decided for the new management needs a pat on the back and told great job.

The food was great, staff was not at all. Blaring cursing rap music from the cooks in the back. Literally talking about fighting one another. My daughter and I stood at the counter to be served for over 5 minutes as three employees walked by and never said the first word.
Sat in line for 30 min,only 3 cars ahead of me.then they hand me a bag a seen sitting on counter for 25 min.told ty hem I didn't want it,make it fresh.now I'm worried about even eating that.wouldnt recommend anyone eat there
