We are new to Thomasville and decided to give Subway another chance. We had to stop using Subway in the town that we came from because the sandwiches were always wrong. Unfortunately, it looks like our Subway ban will still be in effect. I put very few ingredients so my sandwich should be easy. It was completely wrong. It was full of lots of ingredients that I didn’t order. My husband had to drive all the way back to the restaurant to get it remade. He said they did remake the sandwich but no one apologized.

This Subway constantly is out of stock on everything. Everyone who works there is nice enough, but half the time I try and make an order theyre out of chicken, or steak, or lettuce, or BREAD! It's a regular issue. I've not received a wrong order, but often they don't have half the stuff to make the sandwich I want. Just go next door to Domino's or to Food Lion's wing bar at 11am. I done trying to get a sub from here. It's not worth it. It's not nasty, but there's never what you want to make your sandwich.

They make a good sandwich. FYI tell them to add mayo mustard to both sides of bread before they put on meat and cheese, so you don't have a dry sandwich.

This location is just awful. They are always out of stock on chips/drinks and yesterday noticed black specks of mold in my ice from the machine so they clearly aren't cleaning the lines out or maintaining the machine. The staff is friendly but quality is bad.
