Worker not doing their job, stood in line for almost 10 minutes while I watched said worker talk instead of service me

3/23/25 young short girl was mad because I brought back my steak footling because it was cold. She forgot to heat the meat apparently. I came in explained that steak was really cold she said I don't know why . And asked to microwave my entire sub with veggie and mayo on it. I said absolutely not! She put gloves on and She then began playing with the computer and made me wait ✋️ I explained i had to get back to work and she still didn't begin to do my sandwich. She went to the back and said I'm busy too. Wow!! I asked the other young lady if she can make my sandwichso the short girl came back out and and grabed a bread, apparently was mad that she had to remake my sandwich she put cheese on my bread and went to the back with it. The other young lady came back to the front with my steak no bread. I said where is my bread she said don't you want your cheese melted . I never said I wanted my cheese melted I wanted my steak hot. I heard them talking in the back. So when she came to the front with my sandwich I said forget it I want a refund because I didn't trust them because they both were clearly mad and took my food to the back where I can not see them. I don't know what they are doing to my food this world is cruel and i don't trust. Needless to say she purposely made me wait for her to call John on the phone to approve my refund. For the record she was nice the first time till I had to bring my sandwich back. Thank you ladies now I have to stay hungry for another 8 hours of work. Because I have to time to stop somewhere else!....

I ordered a steak and cheese, double meat and asked for it not toasted so the girl did not even heat my meat up. She put cold meat on my sub from the fridge and I paid $19 for it and I can’t even eat it and then when I called to complain, I called three times and no one answers Horrible place

Lazy employees who over charge. Made my husband pay for the food before the subs were even made just so she could go sit down and eat while the other guy who was supposed to be making the food went to the back to do God knows what for like 10 min.. $40+ for 2 footlongs and 1 6in. When my husband did get the food made I should have just went to Foodlion and got a loaf of bread because they were so skimpie on the items on the subs. My husband had to keep asking him to put more on. Highly recommend going to HP Westchester store!

HIGHLY recommend NOT going here!! They are EXTREMELY skimpy on everything! Hardly any meat, 2 little tomatoes, and a very small sprinkle of lettuce! Extremely disappointed and will never go to this location again. I eat a lot of subway so I'm not just being dramatic.

I order a sweet onion chicken teriyaki WRAP was given this on flatbread. This wasn’t even warmed up cheese is still cold bread not cooked. Asked to add chipotle sauce. It was not added. Very disappointed in this. Tried calling of course no answer.

Every time I do a mobile order it’s never toasted. It’s not that I take too long to get there, I watch the app, soon as it’s ready I leave. I live two minutes away. Always cold.
And stuff is always missing. I’m so tired of it. I finally learned. I learned to not go back anymore. I’ll never spend money here again.

When I went in there were 2 girls working. The one I dealt with (had black hair) acted like I was #1 on her enemy list. Very cold, mumbled at a volume no one could hear but herself so I kept having her repeat herself; which visibly made her mad. Got my subs toasted, and like others said, they still came out cold. I’ve worked in the customer service industry for 10+ years and this location’s employees apparently have no training on how to interact with people. It literally seemed like the girl I interacted with hated me for being there. I won’t be revisiting this location and truly hope they start hiring nicer people who actually like people and can speak at a volume others can hear them.

We were the only customers when we came in and the two girls were hiding in the back, lobby a complete mess. We asked for our sandwiches toasted but they came out cold. One of us got a combo and they itemized the combo to charge more and didn’t even give us a bag for our subs to go. The food tasted normal, but could have gotten Jersey mikes for the same price and better atmosphere

Girl who works there is incredibly slow at making sandwiches. 18mins to make a basic subway sandwich is wild, especially with no other customers in front of me

This Subway doesn’t take coupons that arrive in the mail.The store has no signs posted on the door or cash register to indicate they don’t take coupons.I went to pay, the lady took the coupon, tried to use it, and then said they don’t accept coupons.SCAM!!They should have had signs posted. I would have turned around and went to another Subway location.I’m never returning to this location again.

All of the workers there has very bad attitudes and wasn't nice to any of the customers at all I was never greeted when I walked in LIKE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO MIGHT I ADD and the girl who made my food wasn't even in her uniform at all(No Hat or Visor, wearing tons of bracelets) Disappeared into the back during the middle of making my sandwiches (2 footlongs) and keep walking from the back to the front multiple times and when she finally came back she started taking her sweet time putting the meat on my sandwiches and I thought it was because she was new But no she knew what she was doing and I believe that everyone there needs to be fired and replaced with people with Common Sense, After she finally put all the meats on my sandwiches she then started throwing the vegetables at my sandwiches I had to ask her MULITILPLE TIMES to please fix my sandwiches and when I asked for Yellow Mustard on my Sandwiches she put it on the sides so it covered the wrappers and barely got in my sandwich at all This is not the subway you need to be going to If you want a good Subway with Good Employees go to the Subway on 900 W Cooksey Dr A, Thomasville, NC 27360 Its a lot better

There is so much wrong with this location! They aren’t wearing there hats there aprons and have attitude problems with my past work experience with subway no hat or apron is a VERY BIG NO NO! Super rude employees!! I definitely wouldn’t recommend having a lunch here if your looking for a welcome to subway greeting or polite customer service!
