I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon. All of the tables and chairs were pushed to one side of the restaurant to make room for sweeping and mopping. I felt bad walking across the dining room until the young lady doing the work looked up and scowled at me stating she would be right with me. She clearly did not want to be there. I turned around and walked out. I won’t be back.

4 out of 5 visits were just ok. The servers were not friendly and in my opinion a robot would have had a more believable smile. The food was good (not old) with the exception of the iceberg lettuce. The restaurant was clean however no public restrooms were visible. Ok place if you’re in a hurry

Keep making in person customers wait to give app customers priority, I know this so I put my order in the app. Told them the name and number of sandwiches and they gave me the wrong order.
That sucks.
Bigger question, why make the customers who haven't paid wait? The app people have paid. The people in person still have a option to not dine woth you.
. Ive walked next door for chinese twice due to being ignored in person bc the app takes priority. Switch to the app and they mess up the order. There is no winning at this subway. You guys are awful and your new menu is a joke.

The staff at this location is very rude. The girl with the headband Mariah is very unprofessional and not welcoming. I was the only one in line and waited over 20 minutes for service. As a paying customer they made me feel as I was an inconvenience when I walked in. The atmosphere when I walked in was very unpleasant.

I came today to get my usual and the gentlemen assisted me but the black hair girl was distracted, on the phone with someone on speaker who was cussing loudly and talking junk about someone. This is highly unprofessional and no one would want to deal with this.

Do not give these thieves your money
Last night I ordered $50.00 worth of subs on line. Was told with the confirmation email to pick them up at 8:20. Got to the store at 8:20. I was told they would not make my subs and they would not return my money. This morning I tried calling to speak with someone that maybe could help me. Just spent an hour pushing buttons talking to a machine. No help. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY!!!!!;

While the food here is usually good, and I typically order online so I don’t really talk to anyone so I can’t speak for service - I recently ordered and bit down on a metal piece in my food. I contacted corporate, and I’m waiting to hear back. I’m assuming it’s a piece from equipment that needed to be replaced long before it broke and found its way into my sandwich. Nothing to wake you up, and send shivers down your spine like chomping on a piece of metal. My teeth ache just thinking about it.

Heard back from corporate and was informed this issue was resolved and it hasn’t been. I haven’t heard from anyone. Insane that this is acceptable of anywhere you eat. Will not be back.

They tell me the coupon is restricted more than whats written on it BUT then he tells me they don't take the coupon at all! No wonder their Google rating is bad!!

Honestly... The manager on duty was in pajama pants and didn't treat me any different then the people she worked with. My husband and I went in to pick up a online order and the computer didn't print it and then it got made but it was wrong. How do you read a whole recipt and still get the order wrong. Explain that to me. He wasn't gonna do a review but I am. 100% go to cooksey before this one.

Rude staff and won't take subway coupons. Go to cooksey drive near food Lion off 109 instead
This is the last time I will be going here. For the last time, they refused my coupon AFTER the sub was made. I asked before I had the subs made & was told it worked.
The last time I came, I was overcharged $2 and the gentleman told me “it’s the best I can do because you used a coupon”. I have never heard of additional charges to use a coupon.
Anyway, I write this as warning to anyone that might consider going here. I have been to at least six other Subways in the area and had ZERO issues with coupons.

3/23/25 young short girl was mad because I brought back my steak footling because it was cold. She forgot to heat the meat apparently. I came in explained that steak was really cold she said I don't know why . And asked to microwave my entire sub with veggie and mayo on it. I said absolutely not! She put gloves on and She then began playing with the computer and made me wait ✋️ I explained i had to get back to work and she still didn't begin to do my sandwich. She went to the back and said I'm busy too. Wow!! I asked the other young lady if she can make my sandwichso the short girl came back out and and grabed a bread, apparently was mad that she had to remake my sandwich she put cheese on my bread and went to the back with it. The other young lady came back to the front with my steak no bread. I said where is my bread she said don't you want your cheese melted . I never said I wanted my cheese melted I wanted my steak hot. I heard them talking in the back. So when she came to the front with my sandwich I said forget it I want a refund because I didn't trust them because they both were clearly mad and took my food to the back where I can not see them. I don't know what they are doing to my food this world is cruel and i don't trust. Needless to say she purposely made me wait for her to call John on the phone to approve my refund. For the record she was nice the first time till I had to bring my sandwich back. Thank you ladies now I have to stay hungry for another 8 hours of work. Because I have to time to stop somewhere else!....
