At approximately 20:48 pm on 09/17/2025 order was placed with 3 employees on duty. The “ kid “ making my sub was so high he couldn’t follow any order requests. After making the statement to him he was so high he just laughed. Stated my order request 4 times and was wrong in the end. After a 13 hr work day I just proceeded. Order was completely wrong. The “Manager/Supervisor “ came and asked what was wrong. Stated order was completely wrong and employees were so high they couldn’t follow simple requests made 4 plus time. Received a thanks and have a good night. Horrible customer service and customer care. Stay home next time and Subway should be ashamed of themselves.

This was my first visiting this subway, there were 3 workers very respectful, knowledgeable they are very caring there customers and made sure my order was correct to my liking...They have what it take to return as a customer. i will be back and store was clean and i just wanna say those 3 people have great aspect to succeed in there job way to go guys.

Absolutely horrible. My wife had ordered a DoorDash delivery from subway on October 26th, 2024 around 8 at night The order came with a meatball footlong toasted sandwich and a meatball 6 inch toasted sandwich, both of the sandwiches were so burnt they were almost black and only came with 3 meatballs on the 6 inch and 4 meatballs on the footlong, which didn’t even take up half of the footlong, when I called to complain, I was called a “ma’am” when I’m in fact a sir, when correcting the worker on the phone, he said “ok?” While he sound like he just didn’t care and like he saw nothing wrong with it, no apology, NOTHING. Completely disrespectful. When I expressed my issue he said that “there’s nothing i can do” and when I asked for the number of the manager or when the manager was going to be back in the store so I can contact them he said “don’t know” didn’t even form a whole sentence. And wouldn’t answer me when I was trying to figure out who I could speak to in regard to my service. I am extremely disappointed. The workers there are absolutely horrible when it comes to customer service and they clearly don’t know how to make a simple sub. Shut the place down if people don’t want to do their job. Never going back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE.
