Online order, they didn't put cheese on my sub? And ot was toasted, how do you forget cheese. Will not be back

Absolutely horrible. My wife had ordered a DoorDash delivery from subway on October 26th, 2024 around 8 at night The order came with a meatball footlong toasted sandwich and a meatball 6 inch toasted sandwich, both of the sandwiches were so burnt they were almost black and only came with 3 meatballs on the 6 inch and 4 meatballs on the footlong, which didn’t even take up half of the footlong, when I called to complain, I was called a “ma’am” when I’m in fact a sir, when correcting the worker on the phone, he said “ok?” While he sound like he just didn’t care and like he saw nothing wrong with it, no apology, NOTHING. Completely disrespectful. When I expressed my issue he said that “there’s nothing i can do” and when I asked for the number of the manager or when the manager was going to be back in the store so I can contact them he said “don’t know” didn’t even form a whole sentence. And wouldn’t answer me when I was trying to figure out who I could speak to in regard to my service. I am extremely disappointed. The workers there are absolutely horrible when it comes to customer service and they clearly don’t know how to make a simple sub. Shut the place down if people don’t want to do their job. Never going back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE.

This store mess up my online order and when i drove back the employee had an attitude and would only replace one of the sandwiches when they mees up both of the sandwiches i leave the sandwiches in the counter and walk out, i would never buy there

Out of bread! How does a sandwich place run out of bread? Reminds me of a Cheech and Chong movie. Place need new management to make sure they have supplies. No bread!

Ordered on app gave extra 10min still waited 35min for my subs got home and they never even put the meat on the sub called said they would make a new one come back and still never had it done and took another 20min DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!!! I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGIAN!!!!

This is the only Subway I go to. It's much better when they have people that have been there for a little while..... lately they have got a high turnover rate and some of the new people really mess my food up so bad that I consider not going back but then I walk in and see Luke he actually cares how your food looks when he makes it! Luke is amazing! He Will make your food with care.
