The food is good, it’s in my birthplace Thomasville, NC. Large portions and a buffet. Sweet tea is a favorite there. The seafood is good and the side dishes. A great family oriented restaurant. We were in town for a family visit, we live in Maryland.

Hey guys, I came here a lot when I was a little boy, every Sunday with the Donald Hamm crew and I was happy, but when I saw that y'all didn't open on Sunday's anymore I was devastated but my dad brings me food from y'all and it's lovely

Food was good and our waitress was awesome. But the owners are greedy. I think some of the food is already over priced and then I go in an order an extra bun and the owner charges $2.10 after the last 8 to 10 times we only paid 50 to 80 cents. We want be back.

Waitress had several tables at once and did a great job! Was not impressed with the food, chicken was very thin and very dry, eggs over cooked. Will give a second try in case it was just a bad day in the kitchen.

Worst dinner I have ever had potatoes were one big sticky blob and the Salisbury steak was like a TV dinner steak. The pintos were sour. 10.99 with tax for one person that was a meat and 2 vegetables.

Sunrise Diner is an amazing restaurant. The serving size is gracious and if you eat from the hot bar, it is more than enough. The white staff are extremely helpful and kind. It is a joy to go there. My only complaint is when trying to reserve the room you are met with less than cooperation from one of the managers. He has been relatively rude to us a couple times. But, I would highly recommend eating there if you are going just to eat in the main dining area. Again, the wait staff and the food are awesome. It is a very clean and very nice facility
