Work long hours get off at 1am and go here and of course they mess up every bit of my order and it took them forever with nobody in the line…get all the way home bc was so irritated for waiting so long and didn’t even check my food before leaving and of course messed up. Never go here the employees at night just dgaf

On December 3rd of 2025 at 6;45 pm they got my mobile app order incorrect, I went through the drive thru to get my order so I pulled into a parking spot and went straight inside where I was told that I already received my food that they didn’t mess up and that I took items out of the bag before I came inside to get free food, the manager and line workers were all involved in smart remarks and jokes about this. The whole crew and manager are completely disrespectful and unprofessional. How can you blame someone for trying to steal on an order that YOU messed up. If I could give less than 1 star I would, this location never gets your order right EVER. Straight trash Taco Bell and straight trash management and straight trash workers. I feel sorry for them.

This place has recently been remodeled & a sahme that it cant be kept clean. The inside was a total mess. Drink area & condiments area just nasty. Food all over floor under tables. All tables were dirty. You had to wipe it down yourself just to sit down to eat. Got some photos but people started coming in so I wasn't able to take photo of the nasty table floor area! We ordered from kiosk since I guess theh dont take orders in person anymore. They weren't too busy when we arrived. One worker called us to give us our food & she was kind. Next worker giving us our drinks was rude not in a good mind set. Slammed the drinks down from what my husband & daughter said. No need to be nasty to people. It is your job to delivery the food we just ordered from a machine! The food wasn't bad but the service & dining area really needs some help! Won't be back for a while. Funny thing is they had a sign that said business of the month!

The drive through is usually very long and extremely slow. Service is hit or miss and the food is just ok. They don’t put hardly any meat in their tacos. They just built this new building and the second drive thru is never working. That explains why the line is so long.

They have to buzz you into the dirty bathroom. The sink is broken, so you have to push a button under it for water, and it is cold. So the employees are washing with cold water.
No cashier, so all automated. Our order was wrong.

Came thru with 2 orders I got a bean rice burrito I asked for no nacho cheese and he put it in there anyways I paid for 2 avocado sauce and mild sauce in didn't get it. No use in driving back its a waste of time
