Almost 25 minutes in the drive-thru. Always a mistake coming here since they built the new building. It takes forever to get your food, both inside and outside.

I placed an order through the app. For two burritos and a birthday cake churro. When I got there there were three cars in front of me. I waited forever! I got to the window finally the girl at the window was so rude she handed me my bag. I said thank you She never spoke one word to me no thank you kiss my butt Have a good day anything! I will never go back to this Taco Bell again because of the customer service there! It sucks!

Don’t bother placing a mobile order to save time because they don’t make it until you arrive. Also good luck even getting in to even pick it up. I placed an order today and when I arrived to get it the restaurant was locked. I had to call corporate to receive a refund.

How did this place get business of the month and it is a Monday at 2:30 PM and all of their doors are locked and they are not picking up the phone. This is unacceptable. I am a truck driver. I only had a 10 minute break and it is wasted. if you have short staffed, then you should have a note on the door. There is no letter on the door and what is the excuse for not answering the phone obviously I cannot take a 26 foot box truck through the drive-through window.

Everytime & I mean EVERYTIME we come to this location we are always missing something . This location needs corporate to come through and figure out why they’re not paying attention to orders and figure out why it takes 20-30 minutes to get your meal. This location is TRASH.

There’s always a ridiculously long wait no matter what time of day you come. The store is a lot nicer since the remodel, but I wish they’d invested some of that money into training their people and getting orders out more quickly.

I went through drive thru and was missing and item and when we went back through to get them, both workers got an attitude. After they gave us the food, one worker came outside and called us fatasses, liars, and pathetic. It was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had there.

I went up to Taco Bell to get my food and they messed the whole order up. I got home open the box and realized none of it was right except the drinks the burritos were burnt. They threw everything in a bag when I ordered 2 boxes, I ordered a chicken dipper and I got whatever this thing is
