I've come here many times with zero issues. But tonight was just really awful. Tonight was the first time that I was ever searched, and it was very strange. Some homeless looking dude with a staff t-shirt asked me If I had any weapons and I said no because I don't carry weapons. I forgot that I had my work knife in my pocket and when I realized I had it, I told a staff member immediately, and they offered to hold it out of my reach until I was ready to leave. I was cool with that because it's the moral thing to do. But the homeless grandpa-looking dude kicked me out and banned me because I wasn't" honest" with him about my box cutter when, in reality, I didn't realize it was on me. I know that I made a mistake too, but that staff member was so disrespectful and banning me for life was way too extreme. Just drink at home or go someplace else that respects loyal customers. Because this place isn't it.

I did not eat here but a bartender friend invited me to try out this bar and even had my favorite top shelf bourbon when I visited. I have been a few times since and consider this a new favorite. The patrons are very welcoming and kind. Of course Raab the bartender is the best!

If there's a bad review, whatever the reason I guarantee they had it coming to them. From day 1 this bar has been nothing short of welcoming from the staff to the patrons. There are times where troublemakers will come out the woodwork, but the bar actively makes sure any trouble gets promptly handled.

Always a great time, any day of the week. The bartenders and regulars treat you like family. Good prices, also. Always something going on, great live music that ranges from a live DJ on Fridays, a rock band on Saturdays, or acoustic sets on Sundays. The patio is also very spacious, and heated during the cold months. If you’re in Thomasville and going anywhere else, you are missing out.
