I made it very clear that I wanted extra coleslaw instead I got a infant sized togo ramekin with literally a bite of slaw. Fish was slimy on the inside I'm just really not satisfied with the whole experience.

Absolutely disgusting food , greasy undercook , hush puppies was great ,Mac and cheese was absolutely disguised. First thing I was told what food items they were out of . The entire meal was a complete waste of money and my last time to dine here. On a better note the lady who took our order and served us was very nice and friendly and the restaurant looked very clean and nicely decorated. May be the fact the dinning room was basically empty with the exception of several children I'm guessing belonged to employees or possibly owners should have been a clue to leave and go elsewhere.

Ordered online...picked up at the Thomasville store. Got home ( to Greensboro) and noticed there was no slaw...which is supposed to come with the combo! Called "Slice"...the entity that did the online ordering. They called the store and they said, "sorry...nothing we can do because it's free!" How is food that comes with an expensive plate free? Then, I say "f" it....and start eating the fish. Had to spit it out. Not even cooked all the way...smh. The point of buying cooked food is so you DON'T HAVE TO COOK!!!...I wasn't wasting $40, so I threw it in the air fryer...places like this make me sick. I wish I would have taken a picture before I threw it in the air fryer!!!

I went to the Captain’s Table in Thomasville, North Carolina, and I must say they have a new waitress. They’re very friendly lady great with customers she explains everything this door was clean she brought us everything we needed, and the food was awesome hot and fresh. She tell us about the specials.Kid-friendliness: The woman that works there is great with kids. My son was very rowdy and she brought a fish that they have in there and he played music and calm my son down.
Vety nice seafood restaurant! A nice addition to Thomasville! Very clean dining area. Ordered the popcorn shrimp and fries. Food was properly fried and delicious. Service by Courtney was outstanding! Overall, I had a great experience here this evening!

First time trying this restaurant. Jasmine was our server. Has a great personality. She was very attentive, visited our table several times to check on us, always seeing if we needed something. Now for the food...The popcorn shrimp had great flavors. The fries not so much. Husband had cod and oysters. Said the cod was nice and flaky but didn't like the oysters. Didn't like the fries either. He also ordered the corn on the cob. Surprised to find that it was fried. I tried to bite it but it was too hard for me. Husband made it through part of his. If we come back, we'll know what to order and what not to order.
When my husband pulled up to a nearly empty seafood spot on a Sunday i was unsure. The waitress was sweet. The food was great. I was expecting something like a May flower but it was different and food had seasoning. It was great. We will definitely be going back.

Me and my mom are professional cooks we went in there and waited quite a bit for our food and then when it came out the fish was not cooked all the way. Almost none of our food was cooked All the way only the shrimp and Hush puppies, and then they took it back and brought some more it was still not cooked all the way and the food was not the greatest the only thing I liked was the honey and garlic sauce that's sad... do better

After two visits with the same results, we will not be going back to this restaurant. Food appears to be frozen and only prepared when ordered. Both times the fish and shrimp were overly breaded and over cooked. Just not happy with this style of fried seafood. Also on both visits, as the food is sent out from the kitchen in take-out containers, the cashier/server opens the containers and actually reaches across the containers to grab utensils. Not the best sanitary practice !!

Great place to eat. Nicely decorated, very good food. The hush puppies and cole slaw were very good, and the chicken wings too. Their blueberry lemonaid was delicious. The service was very good too. I have zero complaints.
