Plan on leaving your house early if you want breakfast here. Lots of arguing among the employees while no food is ready for 10-15 minutes after you order it. They waited so long that they forgot what I ordered or was still waiting.

I ordered 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers with no mayo. I received 2 burgers no lettuce no bacon and loaded with mayo. I’ve tried to be patient with this place but every time I order it’s loaded with mayo this is the third time. I will never order from this place again!! Get it together I don’t understand how it can be wrong three times in a row

The past couple of times I’ve went here the drive thru has been down. I don’t mind coming in, but they need a sign alerting people at the drive thru at the very least! I’ve never had problems coming here until recently. And they charged me full price for an iced water 🙄

The staff here are so ignorant and don’t know how to do their job. I arrived at a late time in the night but still able to receive service for an hour and half. Tried to do the drive thru but was told I needed to order via the app for mobile pick up. I parked and ordered within minutes because I knew what I wanted. Simple order. Went through the drive thru again and I was the only car for a very long time. My food never came. When I pulled up to the window the employees retreated to the back of the store as to show they were not going to fill my order. They never communicated anything. They didn’t want to refund my money because they pushed the order as filled on the app. Eventually I got super mad and demanded cash back now. They only cooperated in this transaction. Anyway cookout pulled through and got me and my family fed.

The old black manager (bald head glasses and ornery attitude) was not at window one...making a patron thing to pull to the best 2nd window. This grumpy MANAGER of an employee hobbled to the 2nd window and thought it was a great idea to snatch my debit card out of my hand and gruffly tell me to give him the money please. Sir it's 2025...your district, area and regional manager are all easily available. Don't get this location shut down AGAIN with its bad attitude and etiquette. You never know...who is in your drive through. MIKE is the old ornery gentleman I'm speaking of PLEASE give me a call to apologize

Update: I had my daughter to go get me a chicken caeser salad and when she brought it back and I opened it, it was frozen, wet, and soggy. This is ridiculous. I won't even give a pet this food, let alone a human being.
