Yeah we stop in late Sunday night on our way home to South Carolina from Martinsville Speedway and ugh Yeah very slow to get our order. Took at least 20-25 minutes. Now I see why this place has so many 1 stars. Oh only 3 people working that night.

I'm a Doordasher and this place is the absolute worst Wendy's I've ever had the displeasure of picking up from. By the time the customers food got out to me it was cold and the ice cream was entirely melted. They refused to remake it and all that was after they had me go from the drive thru to the mobile pick up spots and wait for over a hour. I almost lost all my pay. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I'm a doordasher. Tonight just like every other night I pulled into the parking lot. Their lobby is closed so the protocol is to pick it up from the drive thru instead. However I was told to go to a mobile delivery spot which then took an additional 30 to 40 minutes for the food to get out when they already had it available in the window in the first place before sending me to the mobile spot. I then got docked pay for time consumption on pickup and for the cold food and melted ice cream.

Worst fast food place I've ever been too. 3 times ive been (i gave them benefit of the doubt first two times) and each time ive waited longer than 20 mins for my food, and its never right. Restaurant is disgusting on the inside with flies galore. Useless staff who ignores customers. Im not even sure how this place is even operating tbh.

Sat at this inescapable drive thru for over 30 minutes and my food was cold. How does that even happen
$26.00 for a 3 med frosty's because that's the only thing done right, the cashier was very polite but the food was garbage, ordered a Cob Salad, got home, NO MEAT, ordered a baked Potato plain, it looked like it was on Crack, ordered a Dave's Single and it was cold, I live 2 minutes up the street so no excuses. YOU NIGHT SHIFT NEED TO ALL BE FIRED OR RETRAINING

Went through drive thru with a car in front of me. Waited almost 20 minutes to get through instead of having car in front pull up and serve the rest of the cars I sat there while my food sat in window and got cold. When I finally got my food I said this is cold and they said I would have to pull up and wait. I replied why didn’t you do that with last car and I was told to leave and never come back. Go anywhere else but here.

I ordered the taco Salad through Uber eats and it came frozen and inedible🥶. Just as a joke, It's funny that they claim to have fresh never frozen beef but they sale frozen salad.

They’re terrifically awful. The only person who cared at all about doing the job is the woman with reddish/ pink hair. Everyone else could care less.
