Update: I had my daughter to go get me a chicken caeser salad and when she brought it back and I opened it, it was frozen, wet, and soggy. This is ridiculous. I won't even give a pet this food, let alone a human being.

Parking: To get to entrance you have go through those waiting for drive thru
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking up front. Doors are situated to be somewhat difficult to open for one person and only one entrance from handicap parking to front door thru those waiting in drive thru lane

Service was negative stars. Uncaring staff who didn't even want to take our order. They seemed bothered by all customers who came inside. Kitchen staff was cursing loudly. Shift leader snapped at staff in rude tone and didn't even acknowledge us when helping staff member enter coupon. After 30 minutes and still no food, we had to ask for our money back. Sad experience.

Remember folks even though breakfast ends at 10:30, it really ends at 10:25, so there's no point in getting there before 10:30. They'll just tell you to wait 5 minutes. Until after the time breakfast is actually supposed to have stopped
