My family used to eat here all the time. That won't happen anymore after the other night when they served my husband a raw chicken sandwich that made him sick. He took it back to show them, but they acted like it was no big deal. The dude asked him what the problem was while staring at the raw chicken right in front of him. The manager there at the time didn't seem to see an issue either. That is after they waited 10 minutes for her to get out of the bathroom. The general manager happened to be there then, and all she offered was a refund, which we never got. I would be very careful eating here. Their staff is very incompetent, lazy, disgusting, and doesn't care at all.

This was my first experience trying this location. We’ve had trouble at other locations. Mainly with them being super busy and taking an extremely long time to make the food. Here, we ordered 30 wings and only got 20. Also, normally the lemon pepper is a dry rub and it was a wet wing. The call to see if I could pick up my missing wings was strange. It’s hard to explain other than it seemed like she didn’t care or want to fix the problem. I was also told you have to specify dry rub which is different from other locations since that is a dry rub flavor. In any case, we will be eating cold wings as my husband has to drive back to pick up the missing wings.

Very disappointed with the customer service! They forgot my chicken strips that I paid for. I called to let them know they forgot my chicken and asked if I could come pick it up. I was told no, but i could possibly get a refund because I placed my order online! I work in customer service and this is not a good look! If you are not going to fix YOUR mistakes, make sure your employees don't forget people's food!

Waited over an hour for my food to be deliver was given the wrong food I called to restaurant to ask if I can bring this food up there and get my correct order the man said “no go get a refund online” Terrible customer service & I won’t be ordering from this location again
