This place is hit and miss at any given time, you definitely have to make sure to check your order before you leave because we have been there several times and they have left out several items. On their good days they're good but if you catch them During certain management you don't know what to expect

Wings are not seasoned at all. You must select a sauce if you like flavorful wings. If you do not, you'll end up with plain fried chicken no salt no nothing. You can ask for salt, the will give you a seasoning packet.

1st time trying zaxbys and placed the order for curbside. order was placed around 7pm and the website stated it would be ready by 7:30. we pulled into the 1st curbside parking spot around 7:10 and waited until 7:45 to call inside to check the status on our order. both calls rang out and when my husband went inside to see if it was ready just to find it just sitting in the pickup section. when asked the workers about it one girl said ‘it just said google’ on the ticket so i’m guessing she assumed it wasn’t curbside and then another worker came over and corrected her pointing out that it in fact did say curbside.
to no one’s surprise all the food was cold, after 3 minutes of major microwaving the chicken was halfway decent but the fries couldn’t be saved as they never reheat well. while it was relatively cheap it’s still disappointing and was a huge waste of time and money. highly doubt we’ll be going back again.

They have an employee in the car service area who, along with a group of employees, makes fun of the language of people of other nationalities. I find it in very bad taste that one orders a meal in English and they make fun of our accent and laugh at it. laughter, totally people without any type of morals. I will not return here and I clarify that I came every day to order my salad but unfortunately it has been two times that they make fun of me in my face. They need to hire well-mannered and helpful people so they can grow otherwise they will not be successful.
We had an online order for pickup. When we got home everything was cold. That was not fresh fried chicken tenders some old shit they threw in a box. The egg rolls where burnt. The sliders made with the same cold tenders. I want be back 50 bucks for some cold food.

The food was great, I would've given a 5⭐️ for service if the cashier wasn't so noob like explaining what the Zaxby's sauce actually is. By the way, the sauce and the chicken fingers taste exactly like Raising Cane's

I ordered the tacos in High Point & they were so good. I've been telling my husband about them & how he needed to try them. We went to Thomasville Zaxbys & ordered them to go. When we got home & opened them up, I was so embarrassed over the way they looked. I paid $20 for these sorry tacos. I think I'll just go to High Point when I want Zaxbys.

The last several times we have been there, the food has been fresh and hot. The orders have been correct. The only thing is that they have forgotten to put my sause in the bag with ketchup.

The quality of Zaxby's wings is no longer acceptable for me and my family. Cost is through the roof also! So basically it cost too much to eat wings that small. Salads are awesome though.
