the owner of this food truck is so kind,I ordered fried shrimp with mac n cheese and french fries.Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed the fried shrimp but the french fries and mac n cheese were very tasteless.The fries weren’t seasoned and the mac n cheese just tastes like macaroni noodles. for this whole plate I paid $15

While I understand alot of restaurants and such are struggling to keep staff I didn't have the best experience with this food truck. They came to my apartment complex and were scheduled from 6 to 8 with the option of placing the order before hand hoping it would make it faster to receive my food. I recieved a text at 5:15 when i placed my order stating it would be ready for pickup at 6 when they opened. They got there before 6 to set up but still didn't open their doors until 6:45. We continued to wait for an additional 20/30 minutes to get our food which now brings us to 7:15. So an hour and 15 minutes after at this point. We immediately bring the food upstairs after we got it and it was cold. I was extremely disappointed in the whole experience because I was so excited for weeks about the truck coming tonight.
Great food! Hands down the best I have ever had! The chicken, ribs, Mac and cheese, slaw just everything! I usually don’t do reviews but this caters is HIGHLY recommended for any event!

Recently ate at this food truck when it was at Barrel Culture. We tried the pulled pork BBQ as well as the orange shrimp, with fries and mac and cheese as our sides. I must say that all of the food was very fresh and flavorful, and the quality of everything exceeded my expectations. I definitely hope to catch this truck again sometime! Be aware that they add a $2 surcharge if you pay by card, but otherwise their prices are very reasonable so it wasn't a big deal.
